I recently celebrated my 400th session at the F45 Chino Hills. Reflecting back to 14 months ago, when I began with just 10-20 classes, I recall a fellow member, a veteran of several years, who mentioned possibly gifting me a 300-class t-shirt. The thought of reaching 300 sessions seemed astonishing at the time. Fast forward to the beginning of 2023, with around 100 classes completed, my target was 350 by the end of 2023, yet here I am surpassing 400. The journey has been transformative both mentally and physically. Each daily workout is a unique and engaging challenge, often leaving me eager for an additional session. Initially, I lacked understanding of proper technique and pace, but thanks to supportive coaches and members, I've mastered navigating the stations confidently and safely. Now, I even assist newcomers with their technique and guide them through the workouts. I owe a lot to my gym community; This photo features several of my gym companions, the individuals who keep me on track, assist in perfecting my technique, spur me on to do another repetition, and challenge me in both commitment and effort. They are the ones who push me when I need it, compete with me for consistency and participation, and provide support and celebration at every significant achievement. As I mark this 400th class, my gratitude for F45 and my fellow gym enthusiasts is immense. Inspired, I've signed up for a Spartan Stadium Race(which I couldn't even dream of). Here's to the next milestone, class 500!

I attended F45 for a little over a year, in the final push to lose the last 15 lbs of my Covid35 weight gain. Last day was 11/5. Pros:F45 is worldwide, so the exercises being performed are the same at every studio everywhere.Trainers are friendly. Timing and execution are very professional. Classes start on the dot. Monitors display exercises and countdowns. Stephanie (owner) brings these eucalyptus-scented towels sometimes and I love that!InBody system is top tier. Keeps track of your progress with objective numbers. Cons:The exercises are repetitive in nature. This is not something that any of the individual locations can do anything about because it's a worldwide program/company. However, some weeks I experienced repeating several exercises (THE EXACT SAME EXERCISES/EQUIPMENT) 3x/week. That's when I started cutting back and working out separately on the side. Of the trainers, there are maybe three that train (Shelley/Emily/Victor). Otherwise, there is minimal form correction or direction given. The schedule takes FOREVER to go up. I used to look up different F45 studios to see what the upcoming schedule until Chino Hills loaded theirs (think month-month vs. week-week). Favoritism - birthdays and workout milestones (100/200/300) are not celebrated consistently. As an executive, I believe it should be ALL or NOTHING so no one ever feels slighted. Suggestion: have a policy that if you workout on your ACTUAL birthday, you'll be celebrated and try to do milestone celebrations a few specific days a week so as not to miss anyone...Cliqueyness - 6 a.m. was the best time that worked for my schedule in the mornings, but it unfortunately had a very cliquey vibe (when I was there). That may have changed. 5, 7, 8:45, and 12 were the only other classes I took and vibes were okay. I only went to one evening class, so I can offer an opinion there. In summary, F45 is a great concept and I think more appropriate for individuals that have some workout history and understand correct form. For novices, it's a good start as well, but I would caution about correct movements. For more experienced individuals, you may tire of the lack of versatility in exercises. However, I'm hoping with worldwide feedback the overall program will continue to evolve and develop. What puts Chino Hills F45 above the others I visited was the owner, Stephanie. Super sweet lady.

It officially has been one year since I joined F45 and it is the best thing I have ever done. If I can give it 100+ stars I WILL. Being a student athlete my whole life, I needed something to keep my cardio up and continued to stay lean. I am not one to just go to a gym because my motivation will be downhill. If you're looking for a challenge this is definitely the place for you because the CARDIO days are AMAZING. The staff will help you reach your fitness goals in no time. Also can we give it up to our trainers please!!! Sirena, Emily, Cole, Jordy, Victor, and Shelly are THE BEST EVER. I have met so many friends here that motivate you every day. I also love the owner Stephanie she will communicate with you as if she's known you for YEARS. Her loyalty is out of this world as well as the rest of the trainers and staff. Oh yeah and can't forget about CHRIS! He's the man that makes it happen behind the scenes. They sell cute apparel, have meal prep options, you can even do a INBODY SCAN! It is in a great area with a great community. Love my F45 FAMILY

It took me a longggg time to get back to the gym ... maybe 3-4+ years but my sister kept showing up to my house (f45 is only 5 mins from me and she started going) and I saw a difference in her after only 1.5 months. I finally agreed to do the 7-day trial with her ... 45 classes later and I can say I'm hooked. I've never been one to think I would "miss the gym" or "regret a day off" but I've become that person!Facility: The space itself is airy and clean. You can tell that it is well taken care of. Plenty of parking spaces! Staff: INCREDIBLE. all the trainers I've worked with have helped me with my form (I was TERRIBLE), helped with apps, scheduling, plans, and they're all so patient and encouraging. I'm really happy that I signed up at F45 and that I can finally enjoy going to the gym!

Been coming to f45 for almost a year now. And let me tell you, not only are the workout's amazing but the coaches and management are the best out there. The coaches continually push you past your own self limits and want to see you do your best. Management (specifically Stephanie) is amazing! She always says hi when you first walks in and makes you feel welcome and always talks to get to know you, she will even hop and work out with you! Ive never been to a gym where you feel like family like i do here. Highly recommend coming here!

I have been doing other gyms in the past but was never a big fan of running. So thankful this location opened up! I love being able to get cardio in but doing weight and functional movements. The owners are fantastic and have been doing a great job building a gym community through events. The coaches are helpful and approachable. They keep members motivated through the workouts and always willing to correct form. They place is clean and is always a fun time!

I've been going to F45 since they opened and I'm glad I found my new home gym! Everyone is extremely friendly and professional from owner to the trainers. The great part about f45 is that you can get an extremely effective workout in 45 mins. Also, no work is the same so you'll never get bored. Lastly, it is a state of the art gym with brand new equipment which is constantly being cleaning and maintained by the staff Thanks for everything!

My husband and I were in search of a new gym class that would motivate and push us, so we tried and researched a few places. Since the first day I set foot into F45, the coaches made us feel welcome and gave us a run down of how the structure of the class works. You get a free 7 day trial, so no commitment if you don't like it! I have now taken about 32 classes in a little over a month...I can say I'm addicted. You see the same faces and the other members become friends. Everyone is focused on their own work out so there is no sense of intimidation. Classes are different everyday and some days are cardio, resistance, hybrid. If you forget what you're supposed to be doing, just follow the TV screens as they show you the workout and a countdown of how much time is remaining. It also shows you if you need to remain at the same station for another set or if you need to move stations. The gym itself is clean and has a variety of weights to accommodate everyone's needs. You can purchase a heartrate monitor and view your stats throughout class to show you how hard you're working...a little competition is fun and I end up pushing myself harder. The coaches are there to show you the correct form of each movement and sometimes they will jump in and do it with you. The owner Stephanie is sweet and makes sure her gym is always looking it's best. They have f45 apparel and a variety of supplements as well. They partner up with a local meal prep company so you can purchase meal preps and a variety of drinks are available if you forgot to bring yours. I highly recommend you check out F45, you will feel accomplished in 45 minutes, I promise!

OMG seriously the best gym! The best trainers who really want you to succeed. They work with you and walk you through it all, make sure you are not going to fail. They make sure you crush your goals and it's so high energy! I love that everyone is so nice and friendly and it's very motivating! I'm so thankful I found this place! And the rates are very affordable as well! It's not a pushy contract or anything weird like previous places I had gone to. They have a plethora of classes at times to fit anyones schedule and they are open weekends too. It's also new and clean and up to date and parking is not an issue with this location. It's also men and women but not creepy at all. Everyone is focused on their workout, there is not meat market feel here (thank God!)I'm really excited and thankful for this Gym and the trainers Sirena and Stephanie are so nice and helpful and so amazing!
