“I went there and waited because a appointment wasn't available . I brought a trust with a power of attorney for them to copy they said I had to fill out their power of attorney to use their services. I filled out the paperwork got a call a week later saying I would have to get 2 doctors written statement about my relatives health incapacity to validate their power of attorney. My relative's is in hospice with dementia to get their objectives accomplished would put my relative thru consider discomfort and pain and I will not put them thru that. This whole process was started because a stock broker of theirs said he was assigned to the account and wanted to discuss strategies with me. I have been handling the account for nearly 2 years and have done fairly well and now they want to advise me? When my step father died nearly 2 years ago it took schwab nearly 4 months to get his affairs sorted out, he had a trust and a ira and it took 4 months? I called and complained back then and I still question their ability to handle the current situation of my relatives affairs. When my relative passes on I will definitely be transferring assets to another broker”

“Today, I came in with my 2 kids to turn in some change in exchange for bills. The bank teller (female) who greeted me was very nice and helpful. She showed me how to insert the change into the change rolls and she showed me how to close the roll when it's full. As I was in the process of putting the change into the rolls I was again greeted by a gentlemen named Kiely (Kiley). He was so nice and patient with me. He went out of his way to help me count the change I had with a change counter, he then helped me add the change into the rolls. Not to mention he waited in line with me and when it was my turn he asked the teller to help me and she too was just as nice as everyone else. Oh, I forgot to mention, as I was walking to the line some of the change had fallen out of the rolls. Kiely (the gentleman) helped me pick them up and put them back into the rolls (still being patient). I started to apologize to him and he reassures me that everything was okay and not to worry about it. As I was leaving he held the door open for me and my 2 kiddos and also for people who were entering. Overall my first time experience here was AMAZING!!!! I'd definitely come back and recommend this bank to anyone. Thank you Wells Fargo members for helping me today 2/22/23. It truly meant a lot to me.”
“I deposited a very large check to my CS account and needed the funds available within two days for a time-sensitive wire transfer. The representative at the CS branch was able to get a manager to make an exception by authorizing an immediate release of the funds instead of requiring me to wait another week for the check to clear. I was very appreciative of the Upland branch's customer service and willingness to accommodate my special circumstance.”

“Very good bank. I've had my ID compromised several times through the internet and my wallet was stolen (at Costco). Wells Fargo has been wonderful helping me through their fraud department and when the thieves tried to use my Wells Fargo card it was denied and I was notified immediately by text. Wells Fargo has watched over my accounts and will immediately notify me of any suspicious activity. This is so important due to all the identity theft going on. I'm so grateful to them for this. Their customer service is excellent. Their costs are comparable to other banks. I highly recommend for your banking needs.”
