Kristi and her team were very helpful and kind. Getting me the best quote that I’ve seen in a very long time. My rep was Asia! She was Very attentive, kind and great customer service. Answered all my questions and concerns. She was a joy to work with I was impressed by the professionalism. Asia had my quote complete in a couple hours like she said she would. I have had them as my agent's for 8yrs. I work with Asia and she is absolutely fantastic. She does full assessments to see what you need, making sure you are up-to-date. She volunteered to talk to my HOA because they weren't addressing the question she wanted them to answer to make sure I was insured properly. Lol, when I gave her name and number to speak on my behalf, they gave me all the info she requested. She goes beyond the extra mile and is a delight to work with. I highly recommend Kristi Kim's office.

I switched from Farmers to State Farm Kristi Kim about 10 years ago and have been happy ever since. Kristi and her employees have top tier customer service and the rates are better than several other companies I have received quotes from in the past.
