I was a volunteer for a rescue at the adoption center. From the first time I arrived it was very noticeable that the staff was not friendly. The adoption center was always dirty and very unkept. Kennels were always visibly dirty along. I hope the store gets a corporate inspection for its conditions along with surprise visit to witness the situation and staff attitude.

This place is cool if you want to run in and grab something but do not bother with curb side pick up. The last 3 times I’ve done that I’ve waited so long watching my gas meter go down I always have to go inside and pick it myself lol

Owners of older pets beware: PetsSmart claims to care about all pets, but they don’t. The minute your dog gets old, they won’t take them. We’ve been taking our German Shepherd there for several years now. However, she’s an older girl now, and in her old age her hind legs have gotten weaker. Furthermore, she’s developed a limp, which I suspect PetsSmart caused. Our dog’s limp started after one of her visits to the groomer, and now, they won’t take her because they don’t want to be “liable”. However, we have no way of proving they caused it. Our mistake was to not have said anything at the time. Be careful when taking your pet there.

Really inconsistent policies here, managers have no empathy, I'll just get everything from Chewy and Amazon. I've literally sworn off this entire company lol. You guys need to get it together and figure out your policies, least of all the managers customer service/empathy skills.

Really clean and has way more items than petco especially with fish related items, I usually buy most of my fish related stuff here and dog food. Biggest problem though is that they appear understaffed and a lot of the times there are dead fish. Has potential of better living conditions for the betta fish

Took my dog for haircut. Charged full price for not cutting dogs hair. Looks like they fluffed the hair only, no cut and waited hours before calling to pick up so it seems they did anything. Very disappointing.

I am pleased with the extra help to get Cat Litter onto my cart and also put in my car. I have trouble with my back. Cashier was very kind and helpful. Thank you… the store here is always clean and organized. Staff are helpful with questions I have. Ty!
