I recently moved to Chino Hills from Long Beach and found a wonderful grooming service for my dog here. The staff are incredibly nice and kind. They did an excellent job with the grooming, meeting all my requests, and my dog looked adorable and seemed very happy. Highly recommend!

It was my puppy's first time at the groomers and I was definitely a little nervous! The woman at the front desk made me feel so comfortable and handled my Blossom with so much care. She came back looking gorgeous and smelled so good. Definitely returning for all grooming needs

DO NOT COME HERE unless you want your dog to get a buzz cut. I brought my long haired dachshund here for his first haircut. When I got there I explained to them I just wanted a trim. They pointed at this hair cutting chart and told me to choose a number. I told them no this looks like a chart for dogs with short hair or for clippers. And they said it didn't matter and to choose a number. I said no and tried to explain that he literally just needs an outline trim because his underbelly hair was touching the floor and they just told me they know and the groomer knows what to do. I picked him up and his hair was so short!! I could make out these two outlines at the very top of his back and thought they were odd. Now, I realize it's literally like when you cut someone's hair wrong and it just sticks out against the hairs natural layout. There is literally no reason why he needed to be shaved. He wasn't matted and if they comment saying he was, they're lying. Because even if he somehow was, they're like tangles. You comb them like any girls hair! I have long hair, I wouldn't ruin my own dogs. Now my dogs hair is ruined for life!!!! He's just always going to be poofy. No more long straight hair. Nope. Just a fluff ball that literally looks like hair is just sticking out the side of his body!! Like honestly wtf. He's a longhaired dog, it's like cutting any girls hair. Why would anyone use clippers much less give him a buzz cut!! Before and after pictures attached. You can see his nice golden hair before and now he's just a big fluff ball and it's never going back to normal. His new groomers said they shaved down his top coat and his undercoat is what's making it poof out the sides. Now he has to be groomed more often or he literally just has a flat back and a fro coming out the sides.

I took in my dog and they did not follow instructions. They cut his beard, they cut his eyebrows, and my dog always comes out disoriented. If you have a puppy, be careful of their "wiggle fee" / handling fee. It's always a surprise at checkout and when you charged more for doing a "correct job" but the job wasn't correct. You cant charge people a premium price and then be upset when you don't deliver a good product. I believe my dog was not groomed according to my directions out of retaliation, again this is my experience and my review of that experience. They charge $150 for large dogs, plus tips, plus fees. Very dissapointed.

The best grooming spot in Chino Hills!!! I have two pets a schnauzer and havanese. They do such a great job on my boys and they are reasonably priced. My dogs are so happy when they arrive and come back super excited as well. I've had a terrible experiences at a different locations. The staff at Quite Pets made me have faith in groomers again. The location also sells clothing, toys, snacks and frontline for dogs which is great. They also have services like an avocado mask for your pet. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Thank you for the reply, we have been going to you since Luna was born. We will make sure to communicate more effectively and like before to always show a picture on how we want her to look like... We are disappointed by the cut, but people do make mistakes... I hope this won't happen again. Really love Luna's skirt and stylist pants you guys did previously.

I highly recommend Quiet Pet's Grooming in Chino Hills for all pet owners! My dogs, Douglas and Ramsey, absolutely love coming here. The staff is super friendly and incredibly accommodating, making every visit a pleasant experience.I'm delighted to say that they do an exceptional job in grooming my dogs, and what's even more impressive is that they have never once hurt them during the process.After having terrible experiences at grooming places in Pasadena and Downtown Los Angeles, we made the switch to Quiet Pet's Grooming, and I don't mind making the drive because they truly do such a fantastic job! Prices are also reasonable.
