Kheli!!!! What an awesome person, she walked me thru all the steps of switching over my 3 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon so effortlessly! So glad I did, just wished I had done it sooner! She was professional making sure I understood each step all while making sure other customers were acknowledged and taken care of by other staff. I will totally be referring to her and stopping by her store wherever I need assistance! Thank you!

Anu is AMAZING! I am notorious for dropping and breaking my phone pretty often so I have gotten to know this place since it is the most affordable option with fast and amazing service....trust me you won't regret visiting here for any cell phone needs :).

This review is long overdue...I've been coming here for more than a decade now and Anu and Jas have always been helpful and knowledgeable everytime I had a question, had a problem or just needed service for whatever it may be...Not too long ago, my prior phone had cracks on the screen and needed a new battery replacement b/c it running out of power alot quicker from all the years of use...Anu fixed the screen like it was brand new and switched out a new battery within minutes... Just the other day my Mom got a new phone and Jas helped her switch everything over to the new phone and she also bought the tempered glass screen protector and a case while there as well for her new phone...Also, there was specific app that my Mom really wanted to keep and bring over from her old phone which was really difficult to deal with considering that it in a different language. My elderly Mom wasn't much help translating tech lingo but Jas was a professional and handle it with no problem...I will always support small businesses when I can, especially when they are so helpful..It's a one stop shop for all your cell phone needs...

I've been going to this store for quite sometime. Most every time I have gone, Anu has helped me. Everyone there has been pleasant and easy to work with. Although the store was a Verizon dealer, Anu has helped me with my phone NOT having Verizon service. My grandson has cracked his iPad screen twice and this last time the Home button came off. He was able to fix this in one day, just as he stated to me. They are reasonably priced and very customer service oriented! I highly suggest bringing your patronage there 100%! The way I found this store was through Facebook-Chino Hills Connection. It came highly recommended and I can see why.

After reading about Chino Hills Wireless for months, and talking with people who appreciate the service, I needed help this morning. Anu was gracious, polite, able to diagnose the issue (which was embarrassingly to me simple), and fix it all. When, and if, I need help again, this store will be my go-to.

I love coming to this store. I'd rather come here than a regular Verizon wireless store. The owner of this store is extremely polite and helpful. Any issue or questions I've ever had with my phone, this store got me in the right direction after leaving. I'd highly recommend this store to other people.

I came in a few days ago to purchase an iPhone, I dealt with the store manager, Anu, and he was very patient, kind, and helpful. He is very professional and provides great customer service. I went back a few days later to pick up my iPhone and I dealt with a lady named Avi, worst customer service I have experienced. She is rude, and condescending. Scrolling down through the reviews it seems this woman treats customers rudely very often. Anu I wish for your business to thrive but you have to teach this lady how to treat customers and provide professional service

Went here because of Chino Hills Connection recommendation. I thought this was Verizon main store, apparently this is an authorized dealer which offers so many other services for your phone and other stuff at affordable price. Just some of their REPAIR service (if you got quotes that over the top, before you give in or give up, give Anu a call): Game console Watch Computer/Laptop Of course phones My reason coming here is just to get Gizmowatch, I was going to do it online, but my wife who read Chino Hills Connection told me to come here. Wrong info for sure from Chino Hills Connection. I felt bad getting just Gizmowatch from Anu. But Anu is a five stars sales representative, I would recommend him to anyone. He was so patient to us, even for some low margin sale Gizmowatch. Trust me, I owned a business, if someone came for a low margin sales, I would probably not going to be even half as nice as Anu to that customer. Five star services for sure
