Usually have a great experience at this location, but today (Jan. 7) there was a barista who was complaining about having to heat up the food? I get it can be busy and frustrating, but the barista showed it to her customers. I did not want to sit there and listen to her. Quite unprofessional on her part.

Lady with the sick tatts and glasses (no name tag, sorry!) taking orders rocks. Easily the best customer service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Calm atmosphere to study. Genuinely kind baristas. 10/10 recommend!

Great coffee and service , BUT they need more help. The baristas work way to hard. Hardly have time to chat. Isn't Starbucks " the third place"? It's getting lost in the bid for higher profits. Shame on youhigher ups. .

I don't usually drink coffee however I was craving it but I didn't know what to order and Jonathan helped me out at the register, he was so helpful and explained everything so well. Super accommodating service!!! I was greeted very nicely as soon as I walked in, I came around 12:45pm and it was pretty empty which was cool.

My recent visit to this Starbucks on a Sunday was nothing short of a nightmare. The three women employees on shift were not only preoccupied with their gossip, but they also indulged in raucous laughter and yelling at a volume that made it impossible to concentrate, even with noise-canceling headphones on. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this store. It's a chaotic and disruptive environment that's best avoided. This establishment desperately needs a major overhaul in terms of customer service and professionalism. My experience left me thoroughly infuriated and utterly dissatisfied.

Mainly use the drive thru. Every time I have come, it's been a 20+ wait. I feel bad because I know they're busy, but it's kind of wild that the wait is so long.

Barista was very demeaning at drive through. May require more customer service training. Asked for help for choosing a drink item that did not have much caffeine. This is for a child because we usually order a smoothie. She said they sold out on smoothies which was fine. However because I needed to get a replacement, I asked her what would be a drink with low or no caffeine. She proceeded to tell me that this is a coffee shop and the only thing without caffeine is water. While I understand that I am at a coffee shop, this is why I asked for a recommendation. After explained my situation she finally said lemonade. Very baffled by her answer. This is after waiting for about 20mins in line at a drive through.

I've been having Starbucks daily for 4 years, the same drink for 3 years. I have asked for a drink change 2 times in those 4 years. Today was the third time and only because my drink was not the way it normally is. I kindly went as asked David for a drink change and he got so absolutely offended and was extremely rude. I told him it wasn't personal and that I didn't understand why he had to take it to heart and he said to not talk to him that way. I never raised my voice, I was never rude, I talked to him in a normal manner and he was literally shaking with how upset he was. Sad that some people cannot take constructive criticism. I pay 7.40 for my drink daily, I didn't think it is unreasonable to ask them to remake it. I have never had any baristas get so upset with asking to remake.
