This barista, Sherry, is very rude. I bought 3 tumblers a few days ago and returned it in perfect condition, unused and she said it's too many to return. She better checks herself for a better customer service.

I have to say I'm shocked at the low reviews for this location because I have had nothing but really great experiences here! I normally would have preferred to go to a drive thru sbux for convenience but I purposely make a point to go to this location because it's my favorite! Thomas is absolutely wonderful and helpful! He truly has excellent customer service and just all around a nice person. And not to mention they always have the best cups in stock too! In my opinion the best starbucks in town!

Honestly... a really great Starbucks. But one worker here is ruining it for me and it looks like a lot of other customers. Sherry has one of the meanest personalities I've ever encountered in my thirty-nine years of living. I come here pretty often. There was one lady in front of me who just ordered her drinks and stepped off to the side where you pick up the drinks. Sherry was making it and came back to the register where I was standing to say "I want to go home." Excuse me? I am a customer and you just say that? And I am an asian women, and I am noticeably treated poorer than the white customers in front of me by Sherry. I wonder why. But all the other workers especially the younger brunette boy and the man with ginger hair. Everyone else wishes me a good day and treats me with kindness. They're very nice but I can't say the same for Sherry.

The customer service is horrible the people screw with your drinks. I asked for pink drink and she poured tea in a cup with some milk and said here. That's what you get

Don't read the recent reviews. The local drive thru sbux was closed for two weeks and so those people came here. I go to this one at least once a week if not more often. Yes sometimes they are understaffed: not their fault. Ashley and Sherry and everyone there are awesome. Very kind and very knowledgeable. They get to know you and care about you.

9am - Awful customer service - never once acknowledge my presence, I stood there for a few minutes and left when I realized they didn't want my business and I didn't want to give them my money. Big company like Starbucks should have a higher hiring standard - the 2 employees there now need to be replaced

Sherry needs to work on her customer service skills. Never happy, and always rude when taking my order. The other girl who worked here before her was much nicer and friendly.

Went in to get some cookies for vday and gift cards for daycare teachers for valentines. Walked in at 6:10 pm and there was a line of 3 people so I decided to get the cookies. I check out and go to Starbucks at 6:25 pm. The worker told me she was closed ..,. Huh? Supposed to be open until 7 pm and would not sell me just gift cards. Won't go there again ..,,,

I'll start by saying it was my mistake. Ordered on the app at the wrong Starbucks. Immediately noticed and called the location to cancel. Location said to go to this location to remake the order. I arrive, explain the situation, barista starts to make it when another (lead maybe?) stops the whole thing and says we're not doing that. I show her the app that I made the order. She proceeds to explain that it was my mistake and if she did that for everyone then they wouldn't be in business for very long. I asked to talk to the manager to explain, and she said the manager is not in and she's the one in charge at the moment. What a Power trip. Well, I tried, drove all the way back to the other location to pick up the mistaken order.

This place sucks, they never have any drinks I ask for! they're always out... when I walked up to take my order the girl literally saw me and continued to fold her boxes before taking my order, to which they didn't even have.
