Be careful with them, they may cheat you! I never had any problems with other T-mobile stores. I was going to get a phone here but wanted to just pay it off so i don't have to pay interest, then the guy told me there is no interest if I finance it which is good, I was also told to get a free watch after pay 50$, my monthly payment for the phone is about 40$ per month for 2 years contract but it is showing something like $65 to be paid per month, the guy told me I will get 20$ refund per month. I called T-mobile customer service today and I was told there is no refund, and I was charged $190 in the store, they didn't even give me the invoice!

I made a recent purchase of an Apple iPhone 15 plus and was helped by Customer Representative Oscar Torres. Oscar was very patient and helpful. In addition he helped set up new phone and transfer all my data. He went beyond what I expected. Great service, highly recommend Chino Hills store. There’s a reason for their positive reviews.

After 20 years with Verizon I decided to switch to T-Mobile about month ago. I was helped by Representative Eric Lima who was very patient, personable and most knowledgeable. He made transfer of 6 devices trouble free and in a timely manner. He provided helpful information as well. Great service, highly recommend.

Just had a horrible experience at this particular T-Mobile, I was placed on the back burner twice so the manager could lie to someone else. First he said he did not have the phone in question, he did not bother to look right away. He did not take my name or bother to hand me to another representative. They even quoted me a higher amount than my previous trip to the Brea mall location. They need to make this a self serve location the stars would go up significantly.

The employees and store are incompetent. They sell you a faulty phone and dont verify the phone is properly functioning and the timeline warranty to return the device or cancel the purchase.Shady work ethics. Will be reporting them to the FTC

Stopped by late in the day to add add a new device and line to our family plan for our visiting aunt. Didn't realize it was going to be so busy (due to the new iPhone launch), and was really worried that I'd have to make another trip due to it almost being closing time. Stewart though was really helpful and patient, and helped get the line added even though I was the last customer still in the store. Thank you Stewart!

Before we start I want to let everyone know that I am in my 20s. I've never felt like such a boomer before having to come into store to have a T-Mobile rep help me reset my phone. I walked in and Nick instantly put my name on the list. In less than 5 mins he was helping me and explained to me how the new iPhone 14 has a different power cycle/reboot process. It's no longer volume up and power (cries). I learned a thing today and felt real old having to go into store to turn on my phone LOL. Thank you Nick, hate you Apple!

Please reply on a 0-10 scale where0 = Not at all10 = Extremely likely!I recommend a 2 here, lace of knowledge of the Senior Magenta plans, of which I have 2 lined..Not satisfied with their advertising game with other providers, all while using existing customers as Pawns in their advertising games with Verizon, Spectrum and other carriers...I left Sprint and Verizon previously because of the same issues and unreasonable price hikes...CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR LIFE BLOOD, WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER?
