Solid 4 stars. Food is good, drinks tasty. Small portions for the price paid. Small latte was $6 plus tax. Service is slow. Parking is easy.

Great study spot! My favorite is the Spanish latte iced. Love the vibes and even when it’s busy you can usually find a spot.

Great drinks. Unique flavors. I can sip on their drinks all day long. However I'm not a fan of the food and wait times for a sandwich. That's just me though. Like I said I would sip all day long on a dirty penguin.

Unique flavors and drink options, tried the honey lavender love and it was mild on the coffee flavor but tasted good. Quick service! Spot is a bit hidden as it’s on the side of the building.

Previously reviewed this place before 3 years ago. Editing my review this time to say that I'm so happy with the customer service which I feel is very hard to find these days. I showed up to the coffee shop very unprepared my phone had just died so I didn't have my apple pay. I forgot my atm and my credit card was not going through. I realize all this after I placed my order. I know Starbucks wouldn't have cared but the staff here was so patient. They made my order and charged my phone while I figured my payment situation out. They gave my 3 year old water and stickers. Thank you Richie. In a world where no one seems to really care, I'm so happy there are still great people out there❤️

3.5/5 stars. Super cute ambiance. Lots of unique coffee flavors! Got the biscoffee (tasted like the biscoff cookies but weird texture because the crumbs ended up being soggy). I don’t recommend the avocado toast. It’s nothing special, and the arugula was

My mom and I recently visited the Dirty Pinguin in Chino Hills after our trip to Los Angeles, and it turned out to be a delightful coffee shop stop. As we stepped inside, we were immediately captivated by the chic ambiance that surrounded us. The interior design was truly on point, creating a cozy yet trendy atmosphere.Upon glancing at the menu, I couldn't resist trying their Mocha Latte, and boy, was it a delightful choice! The rich and velvety blend of coffee and chocolate was a perfect treat for my taste buds. The Mocha Latte was undoubtedly a highlight of our visit, earning a well-deserved 10 out of 10 rating. The Dirty Pinguin takes pride in serving organic donuts, and while they were a commendable effort, they didn't quite become my personal favorite. However, the fact that they offer organic options adds a wholesome touch to their offerings, appealing to health-conscious customers. One of the standout features of this coffee shop is their dedicated play area for small children. This thoughtful addition allows parents to enjoy their coffee while keeping an eye on their little ones. My mom was especially thrilled with the opportunity to snap selfies against the stylish backdrops that adorned the shop, making our visit a fun and memorable experience. In summary, our visit to the Dirty Pinguin was a wonderful post-Los Angeles coffee break. The Mocha Latte was a definite winner, the ambiance was chic and inviting, and the play area and backdrops added unique touches that set this coffee shop apart. While the organic donuts didn't quite match my taste, the overall experience was a resounding success, thanks to the exceptional coffee and welcoming atmosphere.

Atmosphere is nice, but no decaf is a minus to some, plus the food options were solid but not spectacular. Might try other food items another time!

Although I'm not a local, this cute little coffee shop was a regular weekly spot for me for quite a while. The interior is clean and nicely decorated. There's an adorable small children's play area - it was never in use while I was there, so I can't speak on the noise level when it is. However, it seems to stay at a mild noise level - perfect for studying, getting work done, or visiting with friends. There's a good amount of seating, and they have a few outdoor tables as well. Power outlets and WiFi are available. Bathrooms are available. Depending on the day/time you go, parking can be a little difficult. The shop is located in a busy plaza - you might not be able to park right outside of the shop, but you should still be able to park in the plaza's lot. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Service is quick. The food and drinks are so good! I would order a different drink every visit, and I was never disappointed. My favorite food items are the lox bagel and the vegan burrito. Definitely stop in for a bite even if you're not planning on hanging out!

Got the penguin drink, which is white and dark mocha with Oreo crumbles on top, and the chai with an added espresso shot and they both were just alright. Both of them tasted too much like milk and had no actual good flavor. The chai had too much cinnamon on top to the point it seemed to over power the drink. The place is cute inside though, however it was quiet in there with no music which made it kind of awkward. Service was average

Cute ambiance and great drink menu. We got the ube latte and americano, both tasted great. We tried the salmon lox which had plenty of salmon and the lavender toast was surprisingly delicious. Service is quick and plenty of seating.
