Mayra did ny blonde brassy hair. I told her what i wanted all blonde, noo brassy tones she discouraged me stating the 90% of women dont like all blonde hair. I think she just didn't know how to do it, anyway $500 later she had done my roots and highlights. A few weeks after I found my pic from years ago with all blonde hair no brass color, i sent pic to her this is how I would like it next time and she became hostile and defensive via text.

My husband called for an appointment for me, they were so sweet and told us we can come in right away, live in corona so took us a little mission, waited 20 minutes from our arrival, no communication. I have a party to attend later that evening and there’s no time to be wasting, sitting and waiting for someone to attend me, overall no communication service available.

Very terrible experience with Yasmeen I asked for face framing layers and face framing bangs and did not get either. She seemed a bit confused on how to cut hair. She then continued to ask another female associate to cut my bangs. I let it slide and we continued. She blow dried my hair for about what felt like 30 mins and then looked a bit confused again and called a male associate to come finish off the hair cut cause she didn't know how to do layers. I don't understand why they put people who don't know how to cut hair to cut hair. I left with very short hair and she didn't even style it from how long she took. I was there for about almost two hours for a hair cut. I got there at 2pm and left at 3:50. Definitely DO NOT recommend getting your hair cut by this person. I was also charged $75 OUTRAGEOUS but I'm not one to argue! Will not be coming back and I hope no one has the experience I did.

Good service with Rocio she's so provisional love her work I drive 1 hour or more to came with her she's the best all ways make me happy and have a lot patience with kids she cut my daughter hair to and she love it I'm so happy coming with her and all the staff are so friendly ? recommend Rocio.thank you soon much .

Omg I love my hair. Please make sure to ask and book Julie Rackstraw she is such a kind, beautiful soul. Her knowledge of hair products and care is on point. I highly recommend her as a stylist here. She might be booked, but just get yourself on her schedule. You won't regret it. Thank you, Jules, for such an amazing hair color, style, and cut. I am in love!!!

If you are looking for professionalism and quality hair products this is the salon. Every time my hair is colored and cut (even though I've stuck with red for years) compliments are given! All the stylists here are friendly and make you feel welcome. I personally love Melissa's touch and always try to make my appointment with her. If you are looking for first class color... this is the place for you! Walk ins are welcome but it's best to make an appointment so that the stylist can give your hair the proper amount of time and attention.

Amanda did my hair the other day and I am so in love! I was hesitant to get my hair short since I always had long hair! She made my transition so much easier I feel so confident in my hair now.

Yasmeen did an amazing job on my hair transformation . It was my first time at this salon and she made me feel welcomed. I booked an appointment with Mayra at the Frame Salon. When I arrived I was greeted and offered a beverage. The salon offers coffee, tea, water and wine! I chose a glass of white wine. I had a lot of gray hair that needed to be covered not only did Mayra cover the gray hair she added highlights, cut and styled my hair to benefit my hair type. I have very fine and thin hair. Mayra made it beautiful and shiny. 5 star service and atmosphere. I get a lot of compliments on my hair now. If you need a new stylist book an appointment with Mayra at the Frame Salon today!
