I had been going to this salon for years. Loved how Susan was so gentle and the only person that I allowed to do my pedicures.i continued going here even though it was getting progressively more unkept. The floors are mopped but not scrubbed, leaving it dirty around all the furniture and edges. There is nail polish dripping down the sides of the stations and the drying devices. The bathroom cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Nail dust built up on the desk lights, etc. So many times the techs are just sitting around playing with their phones when they have no clients. Can’t they just clean something instead? Also seem to run at least 15 min late for every appt. Sometimes more. Susan is constantly having to interrupt my mani/pedi to answer customer calls and book appts. Certainly don’t feel special. And the constant back and forth of chit chat among the employees distracts from enjoyment of feeling pampered. So, for all these reasons, after more than a decade of using this nail salon, I have quit them and am currently looking for a much cleaner and nicer atmosphere. Should say that their prices are good though.i guess you get what you pay for.

We had appointments on two occasions and both ocassions, they double booked. With appointment, they made us wait over an hour. Unacceptable

This is the last time i come here. I went today to get my acrylics taken off and I’ve always come here for my nails since moving here 4 years ago. Today I had work done by this lady who I had not been with yet. She had glasses, reddish brown hair and middle aged was taking off my acrylics and was not gentle with me at all. The reason I am writing this is because when I went to pay she charged me $15 instead of the usual $10. The last time (recently) she charged me 10. She claims it was because “the soak off” was an extra $5. Though she failed to ask me if I was okay with that or even offer me the cheaper choice. Last time my mom went too they charged her 35 for gel nails instead of 33 like it says on their menu. They are just looking for ways to scam people and upcharge.

Requested style: I always ask for clean white toes and the top tier of pedicure. I always leave happy!
Cleanliness: The salon was very clean and didn’t have a strong odor of chemicals.
Stylist: Holly is an absolute legend and her application is flawless!

Been going to Tipy Toes for more than 10 years now…love it here…won’t go anywhere else…all the ladies r great…but of course I have my favs!!!

Bad service my worsed experience will never go back, this girl will never do what i expect on my nails, she will always come up with excuses blaming it on me i really dont know why she works doing this job if she is not willing to satisfy clients, by the way her name is Kim

After traveling and having to get my nails done, this place was a huge mistake!! My nails are worse then when I went in my nails are popping off and the acrylic is way to thick!!!!

They have good nail technicians. Clean area. The only thing is which I think happens everywhere they talk about their clients in their language which is unprofessional.

I hate leaving nail salons angry, especially after spending over $160. I needed a fill on my acrylics and a gel pedicure. I must have said 5 times that I want someone who can give me a deep&firm foot massage. Even when I was in the pedicure chair, the owner came over to assure me that my male nail tech has strong hands. I paid for 10 minutes xtra massage and the most expensive pedicure. I didn't even feel the massage. I hate it when they just lightly stroke your calves like we won't notice it's not a foot massage. He was putting literally using NO pressure! I asked him to only run my feet and to use stronger pressure 2x and both times, he laughed and rolled his eyes! Scammers because he thought I was from out of town and wasn't looking for a repeat customer. He also did my fill. Worst ever! I hate it when they don't fill all the way to the cuticle so when you walk out, your manicure looks 2 weeks grown out. I got them done a week ago and they are already lifting and snagging on my hair. I am a big tipper. I tip 20 bucks for each service if I am happy. He looked stunned when he heard that I was local but I highly doubt he'd be any better if he knew I lived here. When I paid at the front, I left 10 bucks for him and asked the owner to give it to him - generous for the crappy job but she gave me a Royal stink eye!! Really, lady!? I'll NEVER be *** the day after I posted this, 2 more nails popped off!! I can't believe the owner doesn't respond to these reviews! I should have been offered a re-do

They were nice, took me in right away for a pedicure. It wasn't busy at the time. The lady that helped me did not really know how to cut my nails. She just filed them down. Since I have in grown toe nails, it's very hard for me to get to them. That is why I go to the nail salon. I regretted asking her to cut some of side of my big toe nail because she cut TOO much off. It started hurting really bad. She kept telling me it doesn't hurt. Applied some Neosporin. I lost trust at this point. It still stings after I got into my car. I just hope I won't get an infection. Made a mistake by going here. I will not return.

Love this place I am from New York and I literally always wait to go here when I travel to California.. great quality I always have Tina and Kim do my nails .. I definitely recommend!

I would not recommend anyone to come here... this had to be the worst manicure and pedicure I've had thus far. I had an appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. They also cut my hand with the nail file because they were moving too fast. You can see by the picture of my nails how badly they were painted. This nail salon may be on the cheaper end but you don't get good quality service.
