I have previously written a very positive review of the Diamond Bar location. They fixed a problem with my alternator that no other shop could do. They recently fixed a problem with my auxiliary fan that also baffled other shops. Their prices are very reasonable and their knowledge of BMWs is great. Joey helped me in both instances and I am truly impressed with his knowledge and dedication to customer service....a rarity these days. Highly recommended.”
“Stress-Free has recently taken over this business and Joel is still a vital part of it as well during the transition. I brought my vehicle in due to my brakes not working and I was almost unable to stop while driving. My brake pedal was all the way down to the vehicle floor when using. Both Michael and Joel recognized that I had my brakes done in February and this should not be happening. “Wife & I have been coming to Tony and his shop nearly a decade. He's never steered us wrong. His service is honest & transparent, prices good. For example, the AC in our Lexus went on a fritz a couple of years back. He troubleshot it to a vent motor failure. It was an expensive repair at $1500+. But he researched Lexus' TSB's and informed us this'd be something a dealer might fix without charge. Oh man were we happy to hear that! Sure enough Longo Lexus fixed it under TSB without charge.
