When I see the overall rate for this store, I suddenly feel my experience couple days ago reasonable. First of all, this store is the cloest weapon shop to my home, good location. Second, I purchased my first three weapons at this store, overall speaking the experience was ok. I had met three different sales person based on my three visites, It was cool.
It was not that bad till couple days ago I met Gary, he is just not that motivated and seems not that into this work. I believe respect is given mutually, he did not show much respect to me initially, so I return the same but to the minimum threshold. Buying armor needs paperwork to be done, Gary is very sufficient on this part. After the paperwork has been printed out, he throwed the paperwork on the counter and pick up a pen, also throwed on top of the paperworks, looked at me, finger pointed to the part which I need to sign unpatiently. Yes, I know the process but it is not the best way to do business, I believe that we can do business in a more mutually repsectful way.
after the paperwork had been done, he brought the items to the cashier table and left, without saying nothing. The store was not busy at all at that time, no customers waiting at the counter. But check out man is very friendly, nice talk with him every single time.
I know this review is not gonna change much, since this store has a great location and proficient inventory. I also do not know whether I will shop here again because other sales people are nice.
I do not even know why I am even writing down this google review, whatever.

Stopped by Turners in Chino Hills for bow equipment! The gentleman helping my son and myself was Bernie! He did a fantastic job of outfitting us properly, had my son test a few arrows in the back to verify all of the products worked as expected. Professional and cheerful. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again.
