Cam & Alec are super friendly and every time I go we end up in conversations, I typically go on my lunch break so it’s nice feeling like I can forget about work for a little. I love Cam’s cat! Both are great employees! A couple of weeks ago I finally met the owner Rome and really appreciated our conversation also. Everyone here has great customer service unlike many shops I’ve been to. “Been going there for years, the employees are cool compared to most other Smoke-shops, it’s nice that they are open late and have a rewards system for discounts and accessories. They have a good variety but no dry herb vaporizers. I had a defective bong but “all sales are final even if it’s defective”, got 35% off on a different bong but I rather just been able to swap it out so that the manufacturer knows where to improve their products.”

Have a great selection of water pipes and smoke supplies they even have a cigar room. I live close by so I come all the time but even if I’m not, I’ll go out of my way to come here just to say what’s up to bro and cop what I need. Definitely five out of five stars, don’t listen to the bad reviews. Probably just some people having a bad day, but hey I get it I’ve dropped some crazy reviews too on my bad days lol. I never have any issues and I know if we do Aham would accommodate or help all he could. Don’t get me started with jasmine she’s just a ball of positive energy and light. She makes Ontario house of smoke and I’m just saying she needs a raise or many. But for reals as a paying customer we don’t go anywhere else. Nor would I ever. The beginning to the middle to the trans action is always a positive experience and I won’t say I have a favorite but when jasmine works I also get a laugh.
