TERRIBLY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We waited 5 minutes in line, no one at any registers. We were finally taken to a register and rung up. She then told us to move to another register. We were half rung up and then the store phone rings. She answered the phone and rather than say "please hold, let me ring this customer up", we WAITED for her to help that customer. We waited and stared at her, but she continued to talk on the phone while we waited for her to scan the last items. Look at the other negative feedback. This Walgreens should train employees to not only be efficient and courteous, but to improve Customer service :(

If I can leave 0 star, I would. Horrible customer service. The girl at the Photo Center is racist, terrible attitude, the worst human being on earth I have ever crossed in my life. DO NOT COME HERE!

The pharmacy is a complete and utter disaster. If you are the third car in the drive through line, you'll be lucky if you make it to the window in 45 minutes. Prescriptions are delayed all the time. If it's a routine medication that can be mailed to you, it will be filled by the "Walgreens.com Pharmacy" which is out of state, and they are an even bigger disaster. Every other month I will have a prescription in limbo. I will be down to a dose or two and they will not have shipped it or notified me of any hold-ups.The last straw was last week when I went in to pick up a prescription in person. I had called three times that week to check on the refill, and each time the tech would tell me that they would get started on it and it would be done in a few hours. And every time, I would get a call an hour later saying that the prescription was delayed and I should call the pharmacy for more information. Over and over and over. The latest call took place a day before I was going to run out of medication. Once again, the tech said everything was in order with the insurance and script. She even checked their supply because this med is apparently in short supply. She told me she would get on it right away and it would be ready in an hour. I went to the pharmacy an hour later and got the automated call saying the prescription was delayed while I was LITERALLY standing in line to pick it up. The tech got the pharmacist, who tried to feed me some garbage about not being able to refill the prescription until the day I ran out. I called her out on it. Her second excuse was that my doctor didn't put a specific start date on the order. That is also not a thing, and I told her that as well. She huffed and said she would give me a "one time courtesy refill" and that I needed to tell my doctor to write prescriptions correctly. I don't know what her deal is, but I took the medication and drove straight to Rite Aid to transfer my prescriptions there. It's utterly ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy in this city. Came here immediately after having wisdom teeth taken out, bloody gauze and all. They gave us such a difficult time trying to fill the prescription for the pain medication. Said they couldn't accept the prescription that had all sorts of various tamper proof items on the prescription. Said we would need to call the dentist to have them fax something over. Completely walked away from the window without providing so much as a number or anything for us to have it sent to them. Then called saying there were additional issues. Staff was extremely rude & I am more than sure she saw me tattooed with sweats and immediately judged my character. Thought I was there to scam some drugs I guess ??? Went across the street and had absolutely no problem at all, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not one single issue. I will never ever return to this location. Rite aid & cvs for life screw this Walgreens.

I went to pick someone up and asked the lady at the register where she was. She just kept making the noise for I don't know and shrugging rather than either saying I don't know sir or offering to page her. She was very rude and when I said she was rude for not using words she argued with me and said I was rude for saying she was rude. Is it so wrong to expect to be spoken to like a human rather then just given noises and shrugs? Her name was Lisa.

Scheduled an online C19 booster vaccination. Got email & text confirmation. When I got to the back Pharmacy section, there was a long line. Upon reaching the window, was told that they were out of stock for the vaccine & that the system doesn't know their inventory. "Duh", that was most inefficient process. I said, they should at least send out a quick text/email notification or at the very least have a sign outside so as not to waste people's time. Glad I don't frequent Walgreens & not surprised at the LOW ratings on this location.

awful, incompetent and rude. Came here for a vaccine the pharmacy tech looked confused when i told her i had an appointment and took forever to check me in. She clearly didn't understand what she was doing was not a friendly person or was just discriminate against female's, because she was very nice to the men that were waiting. Anyway filled out the forms online didn't make a difference i still had to fill out the same ones while i was waiting. My appointment was scheduled for 11 it's been over 20 min waiting.

Went through pharmacy drive through and there was a sign that said the pharmacist wasn't in, but they were also out to lunch. I went home and called around 2:10 to ask if the pharmacist was in, (they're supposed to get off of lunch at 2) Was on hold for 10 minutes with the dumb automated message going off every 16 seconds. This isn't the first time the pharmacist wasn't there, how are you supposed to run a pharmacy without a pharmacist?

How excruciating!! I bought double of some lashes, 2 mascara, 2 lash kits, glue Walgreens in Azusa where I work.Came into Walgreens in Chino hills where I live to return unused lashes,lash kits, mascara as they made my eyes itch. OMG!! Heads up! The Walgreens will return all products for $3 dollars less than what I paid for these products! I wanted to buy boogie wipes for my kids, and because one of them did not scan ,they could not sell to me even though it was buy 1 get one 50% off, where is the deal?!!Their cash registers don't scan products correctly, the staff is lazy and really slow....what a sad store.. Horrible!!

I would just like to say that Lisa was the absolute best, I had went to a previous Walgreens closer to me to find a Walgreens exclusive squishmallow, and as I was moving them out of the way I found it only to have it taken from me by the employee for an online order I never even got a chance to touch it, I was sad disappointed and disheartened, so I made a different purchase and left the store I called 25 different stores looking for this squishmallow that had been taken from me only to found it was sold out everywhere finally I called this store my 26th call and low and behold I was told they had some stock but no guarantees it was what I was looking for and I could try for tomorrow so I had my grandparents go for me since I had work they showed up as they opened and luckily Lisa was there she remembered talking to me the previous day and told them she could not guarantee they had what I wanted but she went into the back and found it for us! I was beyond grateful and she was beyond helpful the sweetest that sweet could be!!! My grandparents said it was one of the best experiences they have ever had shopping at Walgreens.

Worst pharmacy ever. Stay away if you need to get vaccinated. I arrived in time however had to wait over 2hours! They told me they only take walk ins. Well duh! I scheduled online and arrived on time! Just why!?
