Well sometime in October this bank burned down an I found out two months later via email. So I called and found out they were going to let people into their safety deposit boxes. I went and they couldn't gain access to my box because a problem with their master key. The manager took my name and number and would contact me when the problem was solved. Well that never happened so I called back and they promised they would give my message to the manager. I never heard back. I called again yesterday and found out today was the last day I could get in until the bank construction was finished. I was never notified about this. I would have believed they would of taken it a little more serious about reuniting their customers with valuable and important papers. This is not my idea of customer service.

I received an email to help me figure out the "politics" Even banks are going political. As if we don't get enough. Why can't you just be a bank. I can figure out my own politics. Sick of it.

I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 1989. I've visited a lot of branched over the years, this one is by far one of my favorites. I always get in and out in a timely manner, the staff there is great. Won't change to any other site as long as they are open.

I called and got hung up on and the 2 older ladies in the office just couldn't believe that Mr. Jaime wouldn't do that. Pretty much accusing me of I didn't call their branch, so while talking I pressed redial and they answered the phone. So in fact I did call their branch. But because I'm Mexican in Chino hills had nothing to do a it. #tiredofracistshit#butiJudgeToo. Dam crackers.

Usually when I stop by here they are very nice...However, when I came in on a Sunday around 2:30. They were closed, probably a recent change. They should update their time on here so customers can save themselves a trip.

This was the most awful banking experience I have ever had the displeasure of being apart of. I had gotten an auto loan from this low rate bank, and after paying it off I had an auto payment taken from me. No big deal, I expected it to be refunded back within a week. That did not happen, what did happen was I entered the bank three different times. All three different times I had issues figuring out what exactly I needed to do to confirm that my money was going to get back to me. The third time I went back, while on the phone talking to an internal banker, the banker flat out refused to help me further, or even explain why they didn't need to assist me anymore. Not only that, they told me to leave. I took my things and went to Bank of America, and from the fragmented information they pieced together that Wells Fargo puts a lump sum check into the back from overcharged accounts. I will never interact with this bank again, and I suggest you do the same.

The only bank, I also have accounts with Chase, SchoolsFirst, and Bank of America, that puts a "hard hold" for over a week and a half on a paycheck from local school district?? Beyond unbelievable! Zero stars for customer service... Representative just kept on "reading" the "I'm sorry.... " script.

This Wells Fargo is my home bank and that's because they have very good costumer service and know how to treat their costumers. The tellers there are very patient and above all very helpful..

Sherri Pitteroff is one of the best banker I even have, when people steal my check, she help me in such tremendous way, in a scale of 10, which one is the worst and 10 is the best, I give her solid 13!

I just want to say that I love this branch! My boyfriend has his business account with another branch and he has almost closed his account a few times when they have tried to put a hold on certain checks from customers he has had for many years. I"ve taken those checks to this branch and told them the problem, they have done a little extra work and got it done! When you are a small business it is very important to have your bank work with you!

I come here to make my banking transactions when I must needs go during work hours; which is great cuz it's none too far and none too crowded. I've had a couple occasions where people cut in front of my whilst I'm filling out my deposit slip or something, but i guess coming in with incomplete paperwork doesn't count for standing in line, but that's not the bank's fault, so I shant fault them there. Anyway, I've never waited more than 4-5 min in line and the reps are always super friendly. I don't know if it's because it's in a grocery store that makes for a more relaxed atmosphere, but it's a cool place. Parking - As mentioned above that it's in a grocery store, you're dealing with those cars as well as the ones parked for one of the many other establishments near by. But with that said, parking is never too bad. So you walk for an extra 20 seconds, no biggie.
