The dining room has been remodeled and is much cleaner. We did not need to wait to order inside. 5:30 pm on a Thursday. Order taker spoke very softly, was a so/so attitude. Didn't seem happy to help customers or that they even had a job. Food was ready in 4 minutes. Hot and fresh. Apparently, prices have gone up and the size of sandwiches has gone down. What the heck! I ordered #10 Asiago Ranch chicken sandwich. They used to be huge with a special bun. Now they are tiny with a regular bun! Same with the Dave's double! It looked like a double Jr burger!I don't know if it is just this Wendy's or if this is in all Wendy's. Service was ehh. But the dining room was clean. Food tasted good. That's what you get when fast food workers want $20/hr. I expect top notch service witha smile, a hello, and thank you for dining with us, please come again!

My order was made incorrectly but the young cashier was nice enough to make my day.Drive thru and looked through my order to confirm what I ordered was all there. I noticed that my order was incorrect. It's all good. Everyone has their days.I went inside and said my little grief. They fixed it right away. No big deal no huge wait. I believe in the less hassle the better. I take these simple corrections as a win.Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Ordered a bacon double stack and they forgot to add the bacon. The lobby door was locked so I had to wait in the drive through line again. I told them the situation and the guy grabbed my burger and put bacon in the same burger I brought back. Burger was cold. No apology. Just "oh".

The Frosty is my favorite dessert at Wendy's. It's so creamy and chocolaty, and it's the perfect way to cool down on a hot day. I love getting it with a side of fries.

July 9, 23 around 3:30 pm I Was the only car in the drive thru, I ordered 2 #9 chicken combos I asked for regular but they up-charged me without my consent. When I was paying and receiving my order the young Asian guy kept rushing me shaking my card and order up and down. When I got home BOTH my chicken sandwiches were under cooked. I Tried calling but no one ever answered. Bad experience

Every single time I have been here they serve poorly made food and forget things you ask for. Not to mention lying about putting something you ordered in your drive-thru bag and finding it not in there, even though they charged for it. Sometimes I forget how low quality this place is, both in food and service.
