Today I bought three bags of red cherries, strawberries and some vegetables. The price of red cherries was 2.46 per pound. When I was leaving, I found that the price was 4.98 per pound. When I went to the cashier, he refunded me 7.43 by the pound. After that, he charged me 18.35 for the three bags of cherries again. I felt that was not right, so he refunded me 11.22. I did not react at the time. I went home and found that the three bags of cherries were charged to me again. I went to the store to ask about it. A black staff member said that I took three bags and refunded two bags. Then he said that I paid for them at the price of yellow cherries. Then he said that I was wasting his time and told me not to go there in the future. Aidi is a supermarket with good quality and low prices, but the quality of its staff really makes me never choose it in the future.

I only picked one ice cream crunch bars! i have no idea why one item can be scanned 3 times and charged for 2. Parkinson? Everytime when I carry my daughter with me you charge me extra! I can't believe u guy did it again.

The bathrooms are shared by men and women, which I didn't like and they smell bad, otherwise it's excellent.

I do visit Aldi store in my neighborhood at least once a week. However, this time I visited the one Grand ave, Chino store. Store was not in a good shape which can happen in anytime in any retail store. But dealing with a store manager is not something you expect to see. She was not a store manager cut.

Aldi is a good place to start your grocery shopping with. Their prices for some items are lower than other markets. Vegetables are pretty good. You don't get most name brands, but other brand that they have are not too bad for the price. You bag your own groceries. The cashiers sit and scan your items with efficiency back into a cart for you to bag. Make sure you have a quarter to get a cart. You get your quarter back when you return the cart. This is a good idea. I don't see or find their carts in the parking lot. Aldi's also has alot of German foods as well as others. The store is well organized and clean. I go to two (2) different locations and they are similar. This store may not be for everyone, but I enjoy going here.

great grocery store with great prices, but i wish they had nicer workers like Trader Joe's! the cashier marvin was rude and was rushing me to hurry up so he could put my items in the cart. it was my first time there and i was trying to ask questions, but he wasn't having it. i would have understood if it was busy, but it wasn't. there wasn't even a customer behind me in line, lol.

Honestly I love this store. Have really good options and new finds with great tasting and affordable prices. Only two issues are this is not a one stop shop. You probably won't find everything you need here. Also, they are constantly rotating products. So if you find something you love it may not be there again the next week. Overall I still love coming here and trying new things! There are some flops but I think the good out weighs the bad.

Attempted to do a quick grocery trip before Christmas. We did about half the store before giving up and leaving. An employee insisted on cleaning the floors with the machine and needed to be where we were shopping, even asking me to move or crowding me so that I would move multiple times. There was a line at the registers that stretched down an entire aisle, but the priority was the floors?

Every Aldi is a different Aldi. That can be fun, but not always a welcome thing when you just want X and all they have is Y.This particular trip was that kinda trip.
