Extremely disappointed have been a customer here all my life. They sold me a 6 month expired Golden Road beer. It tasted disgusting and I checked the label and turned out it was expired beer. Hopefully I don’t get sick.

This is the busiest store I have ever been to. Not enough employees to have a smooth experience. The lines get long but the wait is not long. When people give the wrong pump number, causes problems and if gas is pumped by somebody else, it is the customers loss not the business. All employees seem to be very honest and friendly.

There's Not a better gas station than this one on central and Schaefer. The Nicest staff always friendly and efficient. Anybody that badmouths this place is cracked out cuz this ampm is the best. The owner needs to smile every once in a while but it's all good cuz you rarely see him come out from the back anyways

I go to this Arco ampm all the time. Every time I go to get a refill on my drink they have a different price. One of the girls that works there has a bad attitude. I explain the different prices I'm charged and she looked right through me and answered me like whatever. Then she walked to the other register while I was still talking and ask yo help someone else. I spoke to the manager and explain what was going on about everything, and he just said ok I'll handle. He tried to just start finishing what he was doing. He would have just brushed me off if I would have let him. Another lady came and said they will take care of the girl that was very rude. I just feel the service was very bad and the girl could have been more concerned. Not saying she had to be all nice just not rude.

Here's the thing: It's a gas station. You can buy gas and maybe a Coke and a hot dog that has a very questionable expiration date. Plus Arco has decently cheap gas, but it's good quality gas. The place itself is pretty clean, and it's right off the 60 freeway, so that's a plus. But honestly, that's about all I can say about it. They do keep it pretty clean, and it's an okay place to top off your tank before you jump on the freeway. There are better and more modern looking AM/PMs around, but you'd be hard pressed for one that was as close to the freeway as this one in Chino.

My tire pressure was low, so I stopped to air it up. The machine cost $1.00, which I paid and began to air up the tire. The tip of the compressor was broken and was releasing the air from my tire instead of inflating it. Before it leaked out more, I went inside and told the cashier. He couldn't care less. I told him he should put a note on it so people wouldn't waste their money. He said, "fine." I repeated that I paid to air my tire and it was broken, but he didn't even offer a refund. Bad service and broken equipment. You lost a regular customer over a dollar.

This Arco has friendly employees. I like the decorated pastries. Mona decorates the donuts according to the holiday. I can't wait for holloween decorated donuts. Problem is that she only works weekends. The lines are long, but they go down fast. Alot of people get only a coffee or soda.

Worst experience a simple mistake I gave the wrong pump number which was 5 and then went and corrected it to 6 I was waiting out side and seen another car park in 5 and he went in and gave them money to he came out and I told the lady that it didn't change to 6 she said she was to busy and didn't get to change it that it wasn't her fault she just had attitude she didn't even want to talk to me to tell me she started talking to another cashier in Spanish that cashier then told me she was too busy that it was my fault and there's nothing I can do her name was espelanza I then said can i speak to your manger who was Raul he said there's nothing he can do that she was busy and didn't get to change it I then asked for the corporates office number and then espelanza the cashier said she can refund me the 3 dollars that they was left on the pump not even the store manager offered that but nobody did until I said am.calling corporate to complain then they offered what was left on the pump before that all they were saying was that it was my fault and talking to eachother in Spanish I thought it was very odd if I never mention it what were they going todo pocket that money was left on the pump.id never come here again I been coming here for almost 10 years and never had a problem till now I just wanna know how it's my fault if I corrected the mistake and she was to busy to change it

Came in this morning I made a mistake and told them pump 5 instead of 6 I went in corrected the mistake before someone went on pump 5 I was waiting out there still nothing so I went in and the girl said she didn't change it cuz she was to busy and I seen the other guy paying that went on the pump 5 I asked to be switch on 6 the girl gave me attuide and just said it's my fault so her co worker the other cashier said she was busy and didn't get to change it and someone pumped the gas on 5 so it's my fault so I asked to speak to the manger Raul he said the same think I wanted to know why it was my fault when I fixed the mistake she was busy in didn't change it when I told her too he said it was my fault and there wasn't nothing they can do the cashier that took my money in the first place never came or spoke to me after I comforted her for the 3rd time her and her co worker were talking in Spanish to eachother and then when I said I was going to report this to corporate the other cashier who had nothing to do with what happen said I can give you a refund of what's left on the pump before that they said there was nothing they can do for me I been going here for years over 5 years and never had something like this happen I won't go to this AM/PM ever I lost out on money what I want to know is what did she do with the money she got from the guy who payed for pump 5 and I already had money on there
