Beware of incompetence of some employees and the bad training provide by the management. If you receive a certificate or gift card, most likely is just a scam.. they don't know how to enforced and you just waist your time and money, they are no good. This happen on 07/14/23 5:30 pm.

As a truck driver that’s on the road Monday through Friday I park my pickup in a dirt lot with big trucks driving past it all day long so it gets very dirty to say the least…I purchased a basic car wash membership a year or so ago at Andy’s Express Wash in Chino, CA. and I stop in there every Friday on my way home.Everyone that works at Andy’s is great however Jeff, Shawn & Roxanne always greet me with a friendly smile and they really go above and beyond by pre soaking my pickup with the hose and giving an extra scrub to the really dirty spots prior to sending me through the automated car wash…Thank you to the entire team at Andy’s, keep up the great work!Sincerely David Gray….

I purchased a tall van and didn't know where to wash it because most drive thru washes are low , going out about this wash and been coming here since , plus they have the wool cloth brushes not those rubber ones . They also have an attendant that will help you out. Today I met Jeff , great guy very polite and actually engaged in a conversation with me, nowadays you don't see that awesome guy hood job Andy's ..

To the guy that's working this morning 3/2/23 0830 am ! Shout out to you !! I have the membership and every time I come he's always the one helping . Even before I went thru the process of the machine scrubbing my car he scrubbed my whole car before going in . Like whatttt . I love it And honesty he has the best vibes . thank you

You pay for tunnel wash price, but get labor for free. Before tunnel entrance, 2 friendly folks scraped off the stubborn stain with giant brooms, Best tunnel wash ever seen

Staff needs to be nicer. Was told with membership I got a drying cloth and then they started charging more if I wanted one. Which is it. My 2nd call today to cancel membership after car accident and car is totaled. I still got charged again. I don't have the strip number since I don't have my car so I could not cancel in line. It MADE me enter that info. There has to be another way to locate my account.

Don't go there unless you wanna damage your car. After the first use of this facility, my Tesla got deep scratches on the hood which costed me over $1000. The manager just told me to file a claim to an insurance company saying that he's not liable for the damage; of course no apology or compensation. Make sure to check the sign that "ATTENTION CUSTOMERS. ALTHOUGH OUR WASH IS VERY SAFE, ENTER AT OWN RISK. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE."

The rudest people ever work there and when I called to explain he absolutely didn't want to hear anything. After giving them my business for many years I told him I wouldn't be coming back and he said fine and hung up the phone in me. Wow!

Very disappointed! I regret signing up for a membership with Andy's Xpress Wash in Chino. The first month I took my SUV in just one time. The wash was no different than before, when I would run my car through if I didn't have time at home to wash it myself. Since they offered this new membership, I figured they were upgrading their features. Unfortunately at the time I joined they still had the old broken vacuums that didn't work. Next month comes around and I realize that the autopay came through on y checking account. Oh well, I thought I would give it another shot. Now they had just replaced the broken vacuums with new ones. Only this time when I ran it through the wash, my car still had lots of soap left on it. Fortunately I had towels in my car to wipe off the excess. I made a concerted effort to make sure that I was going to cancel my membership before the next billing. Realized Friday that the damn autopay went through again on the 21st where as the previous month it was on the 22nd. Went in Saturday morning to cancel. Asked for a refund but no such luck. They would rather take my $33 than refund it for the the month in advance. Nice P. R. I probably wouldn't have posted my displeasure on Yelp if the owner had considered my request. He was more concerned with making me aware of some piece of paper that I had signed in December. Moral of the story is make sure you cancel your membership promptly if you are dissatisfied.
