Went in so frustrated about my experience about activating my son's replacement phone over the phone with customer care, so I went in and a great rep named Anthony took care of me in less than 10 minutes. He listened to my problems and reassured he could fix them on spot. I walked out a stress free and happy and both phones were activated. Thank you so much ! Will come back in store for any of my issues. Shout out to Anthony !

The AT&T store clerk had a bad attitude and was dishonest. There is an employee named Gustavo M. who deceives customers into buying phones at full price, even when they could get a 50% discount through a trade-in. Such shameless behavior for the sake of performance. Companies like this should go out of business.

Went in for cell phone plans for the entire fam and I must say this store’s customer service is top notch! SUPER Patient and knowledgable staff, 10/10 would recommend to everyone! What a breath of fresh air for cel carrier stores ?
