I had a nail puncture my front tire on the passenger's side for the first time in my life that I had to come in without prior knowledge of how to plug the tire myself that I learned to get a Slime Tire Plug Kit to do it myself from the person who helped me find the product inside, but Junior Z immediately helped me after he had just finished helping someone else with an issue with their car in front of Autozone that I was grateful to have gotten superb customer service from him because he showed me, step by step, how to use the kit & filled my tire with air without needing to buy another product!

This AutoZone is top notch. From the moment you walk in to the second you walk out. They try and help you with anything you might need. If you walk in with a good attitude then you will have a great day. Remember they are there to get you back on the road. So next time you are having car troubles go in there, know your make, model and year and walk out with the right gear.

I came for a battery install, let me just say, the manager seriously needs to work on his customer service skills, he was rude, made me feel very unwelcomed, and talked to me like I was incompetent. I will never come to this store again and would not invite anyone else to do so! So unprofessional!

I was in last week a little while before closing. The women that was there , not only was she very knowledgeable , but she was absolutely charming. She read my diagnostics for me . And helped me get all the products I wanted qui ckly. Best experience in Auto Zone ever. I can't remember her name , but she had long brown hair. S very pretty girl. Thank you again auto zone.

I was very pleased when I came in and was serviced with the female store manager. She was very respectful and very thorough with her work. She replaced my car battery and made sure I got the best option for my car. She has amazing customer service skills and overall she made it a calming experience for me.

I visited your store at: 5780 Riverside Dr, Chino, CA 91710 on 07/20/2022 around 730am and was "helped" by Michael, or that was what he said his name was. He wasn't wearing a name badge.All dashboard lights on my Subaru Outback came on this morning and I visited your store for this reason. The employee handed me the diagnostic tool and told me he could not do it to come back when codes appeared. I politely told him I did not know how to use the tool let alone where to plug it in, he said it was "around" the steering wheel and walked away. So I went back to my car and struggled. I looked up YouTube videos on how to run the diagnostic tool on my car based on make/model but the components in my car looked slightly different. I ultimately got frustrated after 10 minutes of not being able to figure it out and decided to go back in. I hand the tool back to and let him know I was not able to figure it out. The disgruntled employee just said "okay" and offered no additional guidance.I decided to go to Oreilly's in Chino and they did everything your incompetent employee was not able to do. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Auto Zone ever again.
