So I came in to this AutoZone location and spoke with the manager, his name is Lucky. First off. Let me start by saying his customer service is top-tier. He immediately greeted me warm and welcome. I stopped by because my check engine light was on and he immediately grabbed a diagnostic tool, came out to my car And pinpointed the problem less than five minutes. Turns out we need a new thermostat and my brake fluid was low. This AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him that actually cares and takes care of customers. Thank you and whenever I am in the area, I will make sure that this AutoZone will take care of any of my cars needs

The manager Benjamin, at the one on central and Philideplhia is so helpful and friendly. I was stuck in the rain and he went above and beyond to help me get back on the road without any issues. I only come back to this store because of him! Thanks so much buddy!

Vince is not only an amazing manager, but an amazing person as well. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and he helped me out with no hesitation. Thank you for your help Vince! I will be coming back to this AutoZone solely because I know Vince will go above and beyond for anyone.

I had an issue with my truck, driving home alone. I stopped at the AutoZone on Central and the management team is Outstanding! A manager check my fluids and told me I was out of radar fluid. He assist me with putting in the fluid as I asked for his recommendation going forward to check my level. so told him I will now only come to his store for assistance. The gentlemen you have at this store needs to be recognized for a job well done. Customer 4 life.

Went to return a brand new battery that I bought 2 weeks ago and the store manager John P. Took it to the back to check it and decided that it wasn't returnable. I had my receipt, it had the red cap still sealed and I never used it. I then went to compare my battery to the others on the shelf and he accused me of trying to steal and told me to leave the store. I've been coming to this store for years and this was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. He was absolutely rude and disrespectful! If you can, avoid this store at all cost and go to O'Reillys or even better NAPA auto parts.

I needed to start up a large diesel truck with dead batteries. I called to see if they had a 200 amp charger/starter device. They said they did, so I headed right over. There it was, waiting for me on the shelf as promised. Auto Zone has never let me down. Great people, great parts. Many are open all night long for guys like me that "do it yourself ". No other auto parts store offers this service! Thanks Autozone!

I have used this auto repair store often the people are friendly kin and helpful. And have surprisingly had parts that I have needed when I thought they would be dealer item only. Awesome store! Awesome help! I appreciate you guys ???
