They'd send my order that to the warehouse a Best Buy in Chino,Ca. Now they are telling me that they did not get the order back. They just took my money and did not worry about getting back in touch with me. I will never buy anything from BEST BUY again.

Horrible experience with this warehouse. I was supposed to get a replacement and they just made a refund. Camera box was missing some items, seems like their workers are scamming customers from what they bought. BestBuy has become woek the last few years and has horrible customer service!

We came home and found the PS 5 box sitting on our front porch. This is a gift and it's sitting not packed in a shipping box for anyone to see. Not such a good idea during the holidays.
