I bought an open box Bose 900 Altra sound bar online, it was shipped from the Chino Hills Best Buy store in Ca.It was advertised in excellent condition. It arrived in fair condition. No packing, no paperwork everything rattling around inside the box. I tried to call the store, there's no way to talk directly to the store. Do not buy online from this Best Buy location!

By far the worst customer service! I am referring to the Geek Squad. Very unprofessional, lazy and rude. Making an appointment with them is harder than meeting the Pope. I guess the usual excuse is COVID made everyone lazy, unprofessional and rude.

Very impressed with the service I received today 2/18. Mark (I think he's a manager) helped us last week and he was so helpful. Fermin helped us out with a new tv and Sonos! He was so patient with us and took the time to explain everything. I also went to geek squad and was helped by two gentlemen (one blonde guy and another Asian guy with short hair but I didn't get his name.) and they were so nice and helpful. The blonde guy was so patient and helped me find the vacuum for my vacuum replacement. Thank you.

The store manager Adam was not professional and rude. I came to the store to return an speaker that I bought it the day before in Best Buy at Fullerton as an open box (excellent) and when I enter to the door and he saw me he said that he can’t take the speaker because they don’t carry which is a lie because the carry the same speakers in the store it just he don’t want to deal with that open box. He never let me walk in to the store.I have to take again to the same store. I’be been customer of Best Buy for so many years and this is the first time that happens to me with a return never before. He should not be a store manager for Best Buy. Customer service skill zero. I hope the main corporation see this review and take action with this person. I will never buy anything again from this company.

I literally got discriminated against for wearing my bonnet and the staff acted liked they couldn’t help me. Luckily I was already going to Montclair library to pick up a book for my studies and I got helped there no issues at all, in and out.I should be able to go to my nearest Best Buy and not have to worrying if I look too “crazy” to get adequate help.This is sad Chino please do better :(

Poor customer service today. Multiple employees gathered around the store together. Now they just point and say geek squad can help. Zombies. The store used to have every employee engaged with customers even potential 1s walking around.. or Spread out in their respective departments. Used to be my go to best buy. Selection is always on point. Value depends on the individual sale. I saw some good prices of several various products today. Content with that.

My family has been receiving excellent service over the last 8 years since we moved to the area. Every single time. On the last two occasions, we were helped by Adam, the store manager. We don't have enough words of appreciation for this man, he is absolutely fenomenal with the way he represents Chino Best Buy. Great knowledge of products and amazing customer care skills! We were more than satisfied leaving the store on these two occasions and in deep gratitude towards Adam and his staff!

Let's be honest... You could buy everything through internet BUT when it comes the time to touch, feel and look for something LIVe in person, there is nothing like a real store. Plus Best Buy (at least THIS location) has nice people always willing to help like they did with me when I went to change the new Ray Ban smart sunglasses (that I had bought... online)
