Had a great talk with Maddy about insurance for my truck.
She taught me more about my current policy's features than I knew about, which saved me money in the long run because I didn't have to add more to my policy, since I was already covered for those things!

I’ve been with State Farm for over 20 years. I’ve had good experiences when I’ve had to use my insurance. It m on my 4th agent now and Maddy who works for my current agent Cesar ding is very helpful she is always trying to help me find better ways to keep me covered! I appreciate all their help!

I was having some issues with my insurance plan and payments. I called my State Farm agents office. Maddy answered the phone and I explained I was having difficulty understanding my bill. She pulled it up and explained in detail what was going on. So I could better understand it. I wanted to make a few changes to my policy. Maddy reviewed my plan and made some recommendations on how I could lower my premium. So she discussed the changes with me. I agreed on the changes Maddy had suggested. So she made thee changes for me and I Maddy ended up lowering my premium for me with just a few changes. It was a pleasure working with someone who was knowledgeable and was able to help me and looking out for my best interest and save me money on my premium. Thank you Maddy for spending the time to help me. Your definitely an asset to keep a loyal customer. Ceasar is lucky to have you on his team.

if you guys aren't with state farm, you will regret it... state farm is one of the best and trustful! a guy name Marcie sent me a message about the payment due, he made my life easier! i don't have to make a call to make a payment , im hearing impaired so sometime life make my day hard but state farm handle it like easy and being professional. he make the process very smooth! highly recommended!
