The manager here is very nice and enthusiastic. He helped me handle business quickly even though it was not during his working hours. It is not crowded at all times. It is a highly recommended restaurant.

Terrible branch including ATM's and employees. The drive thru ATM never dispenses cash. Yes, I have money in my account. Made a rather large deposit. The teller will tell you that there will be a 2 day hold on the funds. Nope. Try a 10 day hold. Misleading and unacceptable. Considering closing my account and transferring my funds to another financial institution.

The Chase Bank has a Amazon Hub Locker - Bret. It's so useful rn i live in my big rig. It's convenient for me & what safe place to get amazon packages delivered than here. ? ?✨️

Scumbag bank. 12 year good standing customer got credit card canceled without notice. They said it is due to a periodic review of customer accounts and usage. Since I pay off my balance every month, they don’t make money off me. AVOID CHASE!!!

After being turned away at a different chase location several times I decided to try my luck at this location. To my relief I finally got the help I needed the teller was very kind and helpful which then lead me to speak with the manager who was also very kind and helpful. They definitely have a better customer service at this location.

This is my #1 Go to bank. The staff is very polite and know what they are doing. I have been to many many banks that always have flaws. Here there are none. Highly recommended. Even with gas prices$$$$ high I go out of my way to go here Tanya is the most helpful, polite, professional and honest person. I have come across some bankers with no kind of professional kindness and this is by far very important to me and my family.

This Chase has the best customer service. All the tellers I've encountered there are so friendly and helpful. There's never really a line. They get you in and out quickly I drive out of my way to go here because the customer service is by far superior to any other branch I've been to.

I REALLY appreciate the great service here. Jocelyn was the teller that helped me. She was very polite on phone and in person very helpful. Would recommend this branch. I drove from Pomona and would take the drive again.Thank you again.

I've been coming to this bank for a few years now to make deposits for work and get change... Every time I come in everyone is always so friendly and greets me by my name... Since Covid hit they had to close other local branches and more traffic started coming here...Sometimes the wait to see a teller is longer than usual, but they try to help you out as fast as they can... sometimes you just need to be patient and wait :) . This branch offers hand sanitizer, and does practice social distancing they follow all the covid precautions to keep everyone safe... This branch offers excellent customer service and the staff is always smiling and very helpful... I do recommend trying to book an appointment in advance if you are trying to see a personal banker since they have limited space due to covid. Overall this is my favorite branch in the Chino area and I'm thankful for the amazing staff that always helps me and makes my trips to the bank easy and fast...

I had another great experience at this Chase branch. I called Chase and spoke to Personal Banker Anthony Escalona to schedule an appointment to open a business account. I was able to set an appointment the same day. I arrived and met with Anthony. Anthony was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In addition, his office area was clean and neat. Furthermore, Chase had great social distancing measures in place and hand sanitizer was plentiful. Anthony did a great job, and I appreciated the perfect customer service. I will continue to patronize this Chase Bank for some of my banking needs.
