Worse service of any store, this woman name Yolanda said she is the manager. She made us wait over 5 minutes pretending she couldn't ring up a $0.79 soda and I wonder why they would hire her as a manager, she doesn't even know how to use the cashier.

I been coming here for year's and have had good customer service with all the cashiers. I've had a couple of issues like buying gas then it not pumping at the pump I'm at but they always correct the problem and apologize even though it ain't their fault. Most people don't do that these day's and act like it's a hassle when asked.

Been stopping by this chevron for years now and I've always had great customer service with every employee that I happen across but I have to give a shout out to Rubi she is always super nice and has everything ready as far as food and coffee, just the best

Been coming here for the last 4 years , they have had good and bad employees but these last two months I’ve had really good customer service with every employee in the gas station it’s nice to see. And I thought they deserve some recognition.

Customer service sucks and for 30.00 careash. Had to tell them dry the car water spots. Where's air fresher it's included. Oh we have tell them they don't ask. When I did it wasn't ready so maybe no one ask. Anyway I will not go there again.

The two Young ladies Yaseenia and her friend were very rude and racist ! Every time I come in the store they give me Troubles .The last time I went to the location I was told to go shop somewhere else and the police were called .I thought the situation was very unfair and unprofessional. They also have issues to my cousin as well .I wouldn't suggest going there if your black !

Employees NOT WEARING MASK!!, don't let customers use restrooms don't offer sanitizer to wash your hands after using there DIRTY AND STICKY GAS PUMPS. Employees touching coffee and beverage lids, cups with no gloves. Next time you want to fill up try she'll gas station across the street. They offer sanitizer for there customers and there restrooms are open and CLEAN. Don't go here business does NOT FOLLOW CDC HEALTH GUIDELINES

I have been coming to this Chevron since 2004 and I always had the best customer service given to me. From purchasing gas, buying lotto tickets and propane exchanges. Not, until last month, I came to purchase gas and propane and this elderly latina lady was attending the counter. from the get go she was rude. I asked for propane and her response was we do not have any. Welli was not going to have her check because she seemed sure of herself they were out. I came in today and same rudeness, i understand people are frustrated but an attitude like her's can hurt the business. So, I decided to test her to make sure if she was out of propane. I asked her I called in earlier and was told there was propane ans she hesitated to respond to me that she was actually out. She then walked towards the back storage and not even a sorry of not having any. I like Chevron but this is not the only one nearby....with better customer service...thank you and be safe out there.

I wish I can give this place zero stars. I was having issues with my Apple Pay on the gas pump. So I drove to 2 different pumps Bc I wanted to make sure it was my phone and not the gas pump. I went inside and it was an older lady working (@8:30 on Monday dec 21) she spoke Spanish as well. Without even greeting me she decides to give me a lecture about how I made a bad impression driving 2 to different pumps. Not only did I feel embarrassed but I felt disrespected. Me not wanting to disrespect the ignorant elderly women I left the Chervon. I do not understand why she was so mad about having to lift her finger off the screen, sounds easy to me . Chervon teach your workers good hospitality manners. They are representing you and your product.

I can see there's already a review for a middle aged women being disrespectful, so I assume the other reviewer encountered the same woman I dealt with. I politely asked the lady "excuse me can you turn on the air for my tires" and she yelled back at me at how I interrupted a conversation with her and a customer. She was just handing back the lady's change and the other customer and I both looked confused. She finished then looked at me as I was stupid. Had to restrain myself from being rude back. She needs to be dealt with immediately.

Whatever you do here DO NOT GET PROPANE tanks here!! The two tanks I exchandedwere jammed and there was no possible way to open so I went back to let them know. Of course the lady at the register was rude! She acted like she was the manager and told me there was No way I could exchange them. I lost out on 2 refilled tanks!!! DO NOT EVER SHOP OR ADD GAS HEE ITS ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!
