FYI Linda and Jenny are the only ladies I use. I bypass calling, I stop by and tell them what time works for them and I come back at that time. The guy that answers the phone is not there at that location. I only go on Saturdays or Sunday. Hope this helps

Very unprofessional! The staff is unbelievably rude and expect you to wait 40 minutes past your actual appointment time. Don’t bother coming here unless you don’t mind waiting a long time.

I made an appointment to get a manicure at 9:30 am on Monday and when I got there it was closed so I called & was told the lady lived far away & will be attended at 10:30. How is this business still functioning?? So unprofessional & all of the employees are extremely rude especially the man that answers the phone!

Terrible business!!! I got my nails done on Monday and one of them broke 4 days later… so I made an appointment to get that fixed today at 11:30. They said to wait 30 minutes and the man who answers the phone is extremely rude telling me no business respects appointment times and that customers should expect to wait over 30 minutes passed their appointment time to be helped. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
