This coach is such a problem. He speaks to the boys with such disrespect. He yells and he tells them things like "your going to get hurt! I don't care it's not my body" "That's why you get such bad scores because you keep stepping back" " what are you stupid" The abuse the boys get from him is unreal but most parents are looking at their iPads or they just drop off the kids and have no clue what's going on

I've enrolled my kid here, but have seen several instances that concern me about staying here. Some of the trainers have been very rude to some of the kids and not in a coaching way. I can understand being stern with the kids to get them to accomplish the task, but I have seen some of the coaches be outright mean. The other day there was a younger male red headed coach that yelled "are you stupid" at one of the kids. Then shortly after he got frustrated with another kid while stretching and ran over and forcefully pushed the kid down into the stretch. Again I understand being stern and instilling discipline, but this was just anger and frustration and unacceptable. If this happened to my kid we would no longer be attending.

My child looks forward to going here and is learning a lot, but the instructors who wear the black Sokol gymnastics shirts are not very nice. I get this is more of a serious gym but these are little kids they're working with and yelling at them. It seems if you sign up with the actual gym then those instructors are very nice, but if you sign up through the city they are rude. It was also brutally hot in there during the class. The instructor only gave the kids 2 water breaks for the whole hour and a half. I was sweating just sitting there.

My daughter loves it. She raves about her coaches and comes home practicing all the things she learned. We couldn't ask for a better environment for our daughter to learn valuable life lessons and get some exercise.

Their toddler class is $100 per month for two classes per week. I have two toddlers but am only available to take them once per week. I emailed to ask if they could accommodate for the $100 to cover just one class for each kid. They responded stating that they can't do that because it's really $100 per kid for one weekly class, and the second class is just a bonus. Doesn't really make sense and certainly not worth it to spend $200 a month to let my toddlers run around a gym for one hour a week. I would think as the owners of the gym they could have offered a sibling discount or other alternative.

I was looking for a place where I can learn tumbling and as soon I walked in, I knew this was the spot to be! The staff is incredibly helpful and kind and will answer any questions you have! The instructors are also very professional and helpful and care about you reaching your goals as much as you do! 10/10!

First day today for my girls, I can say they really liked it. Coaches were being so nice and they knew my girls were beginners, they really took the time to help them out.

I love this gym. The bathrooms and facilities are always so clean. I feel extremely safe even during the pandemic. The coaches are all so talented and really challenge the students so they can grow. The one thing I love about this gym is that there is a class for every age group - even adults! So happy I found them.

They made sure to take everyone’s money right before they decided to shut down JULY 15th.... They haven’t answered the phone since and they also don’t respond to their voice messages. The governor just lifted restrictions and still the gym is closed. Thank God for other gyms that’s actually offered Zoom classes throughout this pandemic or idk what we’d do. At this point I’m just making a complaint with the bbb because I’ve never heard of any business that just flat took your money through out this time and didn’t even have the decency to atleast try and offer other services.

I feel like it’s a good gym howeverFor me personally I feel like the equipment is falling apart and the coaches can sometimes can be so hurtful yelling in your face- but Shelly is really nice I feel like everyone there wants to quit because of the coachesJust my opinion love the gym thoThey just pick favorites and then everyone else gets yelled at
