Terrible customer service Christina ruined my God daughters birthday ! I hope she’s retrained on how to verify cards ! She claimed my zip code didn’t match but that wasn’t true! She didn’t even give me the option to repeat again before she started saying she couldn’t take my order for the safety of me and her ! I’m still upset that she did this ! She hung right up in my face as if she’s the ceo of this company ! She called me Ghetto and a few other bad names ! I definitely did match her energy because she started with me on the very first call ! I was trying to order my god daughter a more expensive bouquet and she said she didn’t think that was a good idea because she’s only turning 10! She probably thought I couldn’t afford it ! Then she took the payment and canceled it and said the zip code didn’t match! I said ok I’ll just go online since your having a problem and she said if I go online and place a order she will cancel it because the zip code didn’t match and everything have to match ! She stereotyped me and I can’t see it no other way !I went online to place an order and someone just called and said they won’t be able to deliver it until tomorrow ! I really believe Cristina had something to do with it . I just find it funny that the driver got in a incident all of a sudden !I’m a business owner and I will be very disappointed if someone like this represented my brand this way ! This woman is all on these reviews in a bad way ! She’s bringing this company value down ! I have never had this problem with any other edible arrangements ! This lady went back and forth with me on several different phone calls ! She hung up in my face when I called and asked for cooperate number ! She even told me to Google it and hung up after saying it ! One thing I know how to do is plead my case and I know I have one ! I did absolutely nothing wrong until I felt disrespected and profiled! I been a loyal customer for 10+ years ! I send edible arrangements to my mom , my nieces, my clients kids on their birthdays ! This is what I do ! So for her to treat me the way she did today , she needs to have a sit down with HR ! There is no way she was trained this way ! She’s attacking people from personal views.

The owner Christina was not sympathetic or apologetic when making my complaint. The order was picked up Christmas Eve.There was hair on multiple fruits and grass on our arrangement. She accused me of calling a week later when the incident happened days before and during the holidays. She was bothered with having to remake the order since it was not delivered due to the funeral and was rescheduled for pickup. She didn’t want to acknowledge the mistake. This was a sympathy arrangement for a loved one. She wanted to give a credit instead refunding the order as if I would ever buy something from this franchise location. This should never happen and I will be contacting customer service to make a formal complaint so the issue is resolved.

So I stopped by almost at closing on Saturday, wanted to buy a little pick me up for my sister who’s under the weather. They didn’t have anything left in the store and even though the owner was getting ready to close she went out of her way and made me fresh dipped strawberries (which were delicious) I really appreciated her kindness and wonderful conversation.My sister enjoyed the strawberries so much, they really made her day. Thank you so much Christina!!

Christina was so professional! "Amazing arrangement . PERIOD. Service is always perfect, delivery was on point, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I worried about quality since I placed my order last minute for Fathers Day. However they came through and the arrangement looked perfect!

I had a positive experience with this location and decided to come on Yelp to leave them a good review, only to see such low ratings.. I'm so glad my transaction went smoothly. This afternoon I decided to place an order to surprise my husband last minute. Their website stated any business deliveries must be placed before 3pm in order to be delivered by 5pm where most businesses close. My order was placed just before 1:40pm and I got a call at 1:49pm, the lady asked when my husband would get out of work and I told her 5pm. Since I ordered cookies for his coworkers, she told me they need time to bake the cookies and her driver is out delivering in Yorba Linda.. the delivery time for my order is cutting really close to 5pm, she told me it's going to be 4:45-4:50pm depending on traffic... Which caught me off guard and I asked if I should just cancel my order. She put me on hold then came back and told me it's doable as long as I'm ok with it being so close to 5pm. To my surprise my husband messaged me at 3:48pm thanking me for the treats! That's almost an hour before what she had told me and I'm beyond happy about their quick delivery!

No good service regarding treating special workers who spend their time reviewing delicacies with careful intent.Their employer Christina is deceptive in paying her workers, claiming paying over 10-15 workers $10 under the table per hour when promising their workers $15.She claims that after tax, "it is about the same"Never support such a place in my life.

I received a small fruit arrangement (the one with the white vase with silver) from this place as a gift a few days ago. My 5 stars are based on no customer service interaction and solely on the quality of the fruit I received. The fruit was super fresh and juicy! There were strawberries, cantaloupe, melon, and pineapple. My husband and I loved it and it was such a lovely gift. Thanks, Chino location!!

Wow! Excellent customer service. Ordered an arrangement for my husband's birthday/Easter Celebration. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sampled their cheesecake and I much say it was super yummy. I am happy I stopped in and will definitely be going back. Thank you for more than pleasant experience.

For years and years it's been extremely hard to give this business any of my money the lady is always extremely rude it's a shame that she still works here edible arrangements needs to reevaluate what's going on in this Chino Hills location because it's been happening in it needs to come to an end the disrespect and the poor customer service is over the top outrageous I don't know why I still continue to give this business any of my money

This was my first time ordering from here, and this was the worst experience I ever had in my life. Employee Celina do no like her job and she was insanely rude. When I called she asked me what do I want and I told her this is my first time ordering. Never once did she ask me who is it for, what do I have in mind, how much do I want to spend, what she recommends. Celina just tells me "HOLD ON AND LOOK AT THE WEBSITE " and she then puts me on hold. I was on hold for 20 min and I stayed on hold and called them back with a different phone, and she picks up (wow) imagine the experience this employee (Celina) had ruined for customers that tried to do something special for a friend, family, or spouse... this is sad!!

I would highly advise against ordering from this place due to the extremely rude customer service I received from the owner.I initially called very respectfully inquiring about a text stating an erroneous delivery by a driver in which the driver said he needed the arrangement back. After owner investigated the issue, she came back incredibly rude and defensive saying that she had no idea what I was talking about, and she was correct, this text was from a different, 3rd party driver with no association to Edible Arrangements. However, what she did not know at the time was that her driver was at the delivery location during the same time that the other 3rd party delivery driver was there. The Edible Arrangement driver PROVIDED my friend’s phone number (her PRIVATE information) to the other 3rd party driver that had incorrectly delivered her company’s arrangement, and that was the reason why I reached out to Edible Arrangements get more information about what was going on. This other 3rd party driver kept harassing my friend to return the incorrectly delivered arrangement when my friend has absolutely no responsibility to this 3rd party driver, only the Edible Arrangements one. When I brought this up to the owner, she got incredibly defensive and rude. The only reason why my friend was being harassed was because your Edible Arrangements driver provided my friends phone number to this 3rd party driver. The owner tried to save face by stating that her driver didn’t hand out my friends phone number, that it was already on the tag for the 3rd party driver’s delivery which is a LIE. My friend has no association to the person who this delivery was going to, I only provided my friend’s phone number because I am in Texas, and this delivery was in California. There should be no reason why a 3rd party would have my friend’s phone number because again, my friend has no relation to the person I was sending this arrangement too and I did not send anything else from another company. The owner continued again and again trying to save face by saying “Well, your point of contact wasn’t even responding, and my driver was waiting a long time”. Okay? Do you not have a policy of leaving a little tag saying to instead pick up the arrangement if no one is available once you’ve tried reaching the door?TLDR: The owner has drivers that will provide your point of contact’s phone number to another delivery driver if they arrive to the same house at the same time. If that other driver messes up an order, be prepared to have your point of contact harassed for the other delivery driver’s mistake. Owner will refuse to accept responsibility for her coworkers actions and will continue to make excuses as to why YOU are in the wrong. This was all on the owner. Her driver shared my friends personal phone number to another driver, and my friend was harassed to return an arrangement she had absolutely no responsibility for. In hindsight, I would not have written this if the owner had talked to me in a respectful tone when I first inquired about this “incorrect delivery” but her negative and disrespectful tone was unwarranted, especially after I found out that this miscommunication resulted from her driver sharing my friends personal phone number.
