I came to FedEx office the one in Chino, California at first the ladies were not so nice, but then luis appeared. He was very polite, very friendly and willing to help me. It was kind of difficult to me for printing some papers so he was really nice. He was the only one really nice with me. . . Thank you Luis. very good... read full comment
