If your package gets here be warned it is likely to get lost or just sit for weeks regardless of shipment level or cost.
Customer service is abysmal and unfortunately many of them aren’t proficient in English which makes communication very hard. I would give 0 stars if possible and with all the FedEx employees stealing packages lately be safe and use a different company truly horrible experiences with FedEx.

Delivery was supposed to arrive 6-8 pm and arrived at 2 o'clock. Because of this, he could not hand me the parcel. I was waiting for this package for the New Year. Today is January 31st. And I can't give it.And all due to the fact that he arrived at not the appointed time.

I bring packages here about three times a week. Fair beyond helpful and always are going out of the way to make sure I get everything shipped properly. and they're definitely helpful when it comes to making copies so if you're looking for a place to help you make copies this is the place to come to

I’ve been coming to this place for scanning documents a lot and every time I came in the employees were always very friendly, but they constantly chatted to each other in a loud voice when there weren’t any customers in, and I could hear everything in the back when scanning….

I may have gotten there exactly at 7PM, but doors were already locked. The FedEx guy wearing the mask yelled through the window that they were closed even when I showed him my already prepaid envelope that I just wanted to drop off. Thanks buddy -_-

Shipping boxes are reused all the time. Let’s try and prevent waste. I reused a box that had a battery sticker label on it. When they told me they wouldn’t accept my package because of that label, I explained that I was reusing the box, that the box contained clothes, and removed the sticker label. They still refused to accept it claiming that their cameras spotted it and they cannot accept it. What kind of rule is that? If I stepped outside and asked a stranger to bring in my package, they then would have accepted it which all makes no sense.

Look for another branch if you value your time and emotion. Very rude to their customer using an appropriate language with ZERO service mind. Never comeback even this branch is the only Fedex in the world.
