Been coming here the past 5 weeks. Been doing the 6 week challenge, it has been a great experience so far. The workouts are great and sometimes challenging especially leg day or lower body day. Prior to this challenge I hardly worked on legs. I definitely have gained strength in my legs and all around. The staff has been outstanding

For the new program of 20lbs each six weeks until your BMI weight.... that highly unachievable and require a strain on your body like never before to obtain....it's not worth it. Had to write a positive review last time to get my guarantee challenge refund for completing the challenge... but in retrospect you're better off investing in a durable used elliptical machine and working out at home for the same length of a 45 minute per cross training event each day. Also, you'll likely get injured and have to stop the challenge. At that point there is no refund. Save your cash and make a better investment instead of throwing your money away.

Great workouts with great trainers. They modify the workout if you have an injury like I do.
