Very kind. I asked if they had a figure in stock which they did not. Regarded an issue with the app clearly and one of the associates called several other GameStop’s to see if they had it in stock. I highly appreciated the time they took to check up on things.

Brought my 8yr old to find Pokemon cards. The team was so helpful and gave great advice for a new collector. They even let him pick cars on the house! Made my son the happiest kid in the world!!! Great customer service, definitely coming back :)
