Was in the area, needed a refill on a few things so I stopped in to this GNC, they had one out of three things I needed, definitely better than nothing! Selection could be better but all in all, not bad, appreciate the help from the staff, great customer service, very friendly, and very informative on pre-workouts and other products.

Store manager Thomas and Nick were super helpful and super friendly! They did such and amazing job helping me find the right pre workout and made me feel very welcomed!

Felt like pulling teeth just for someone to answer a question. Tried getting information on products and the employees there either didn't know anything about fat burners or they were playing a Nintendo Switch.

Upon arrival we were greeted and acknowledged. However, although it wasn't her or this particular location's fault, I had to return multiple auto-ship orders due to some confusion and Yosey was there to save the day. She solved my issue, cleared up my confusion and was beyond friendly and understanding! Service was beyond my expectations. She didn't have to collect my boxes and throw them out for me either, but she offered and took care of it. Yosey, thank you! I highly recommend this location to anyone!!

This was my first time walking into a gnc. The guy at the register was on the phone, so I didnt bother, but he was not welcoming at all. It almost seemed as if I was interrupting his phone call. I navigated the store on my own which wasn't fun especially since I know little to nothing. Given I didnt ask for help but honestly I didnt feel like I could. I work in retail as a sales associate so I understand being busy and sometimes customers coming in at inconvenient times but the customer is still important and should never feel uncomfortable approaching associates, managers, etc. I just feel like customer service could have been less hostile and more helpful. As a customer I shouldn't feel scared or like I'm bothering an associate when I'm in need of help.

The girl at the counter was most unhelpful and rude. I ordered GNC online but I got duplicate orders shipped. I called GNC customer service and they said I must bring the extra bottles to the local GNC store for manual return. I went to this GNC store on Philadelphia and it was dead. The counter girl was not helpful and said I didn't bring the paper invoice. I told her that GNC doesn't put paper invoice in the shipping box which was confirmed by GNC customer service. I asked customer service to email me the invoice which they did. I showed my email to the counter girl and she said there was no date on the invoice. However, you can see the date of the email. Nope that is not enough. I did not make the invoice. Therefore, I just penalized for an invoice that was not printed to her satisfaction. I said that I have the shipping label on the box which you can verify the tracking number and date. She didn't want to see the shipping label. She was making all kinds of excuses to refuse the return. I have never experienced this kind of rudeness for a very long time. In the end she said anyway I don't have several hundred dollars in cash for a refund. Okay, so you rather not be helpful and piss off a customer that buys several hundred dollars of GNC products on a regular basis. I got so frustrated that I'm going to dispute the order with my credit card company. She didn't care one bit. In fact, she said go ahead- not my problem. This is how you treat a long term customer who orders several hundred dollars of supplements every couple of months? I will never step foot in another GNC store. You just lost a very good paying customer forever. Now, you are happy.

My husband and I didn't feel welcome in the store besides the cashier lady greeted us but the tall guy with glasses didn't even bother to help the cashier to find the problem about the cash register. We couldn't get our items. Really bad environment and no help from that tall guy. Whoever hired him didn't welcome any customers. Never go to this GNC store again. My husband and I wanted our stuff and walked out with empty hands😡😡😡😡.

It's alright. The person I interacted with seemed like they were rushed to get me to leave, despite the store being empty. There's other nutrition shops in the immediate area I feel more welcome at.
