I have been with good and associates for years now. Justina bends over backwards to make my insurance the best and most cost effective every year for myself, family and friends. I call and ask alot of questions and she is very patient. Honestly I’ve never worked with a company so willing to please and responsible. Thank you!

Initially we were recommended to Good and associates by our pool guy and we appreciate that. Navigating the complicated insurance coverage scene is not easy but they dialed us in with exactly what we needed and got us a good premium. Having an agent that returns calls and cares for our needs is what we wanted and with G&A we got that. We highly recommend them.

I recently left my job and needed to purchase a medical plan through covered CA. I had the pleasure of working with Justina Mills. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was able to answer all of my questions and look at my app to make sure everything looked right. What impressed me the most was her follow up. After I signed up on my own and purchased my plan she emailed me a few days later. She answered some questions that I was going to call her about before I had a chance to call her. Showed great intitialtive and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

Looks like most of the reviews here are from a year ago. Yes...! service from them prior to this time was always good . Great speaking with their hard working employees... very comfortable, kind , and helpful! Not anymore unfortunately. Time to get Healthnet to disconnect them from getting commission on my policy.

I honestly didn't even know where to start or what to ask other than cost but she was able to guide me through. I have been a customer for 6+ years and it has been the best service ever. They are very knowledgeable on the products, extremely helpful and timely in all inquiries. I started with Kelly Good then Lori Payne, then in the last few years with Cheryl Salvante. I love Cheryl, she is patient, detailed oriented with excellent follow up. I had billing issue with blue shield last year and she worked with me over months of back and forth and see it thru to complete resolution. Really appreciate all the help and time. I will continue to do business with them and I would highly recommend them to friends (I have)!!!

My husband and I buy individual insurance, and the last few times, we've done it through John's organization -- all by phone, mostly with John. I was immediately struck by the fact that I felt I was talking with someone who wanted me to find the best answer to my problem vs. feeling like I was being sold. Healthcare choices stink for people who aren't getting insurance via their companies, but John laid out the options and gave me some good insights to the "behind the scenes" in making these choices. He was upfront and honest about what he thought he'd do in my shoes and why, and I appreciated that. Also, these days it's often easy to get folks on the phone when you've yet to buy and then next to impossible to get a return call when you need help. NOT SO WITH GOOD & ASSOCIATES -- I often got to speak to John right away, and, if not, return calls were always prompt. In a nutshell, the folks at Good & Assoc., and especially John (with whom I spoke most often), all seem down-to-earth, honest and helpful -- they genuinely want to help you solve your insurance problem, and that's refreshing in today's business climate of being shoved off to a website for help, waiting on hold for crazy amounts of time, and/or talking to people who either don't know their products well enough to be of much help or just have no real interest in doing more than the bare minimum to get you off the phone! HIGHLY recommend Good & Associates!

I had to find health insurance for my daughter recently since she wasn't going to be covered by mine. My State Farm agent referred me to Good and Associates......Shurrice Salazar was professional, friendly and very helpful. She answered every question I had. She completed the applications quickly. My daughter now has great coverage with low co pays and great rates (they are lower than what was being deducted from my paycheck). I have already referred a few people to her. Thank you Shurrice.

I was constantly going back and forth from the SB County office for health insurance and finally came here to see what exactly I can/ need to do to qualify and Shurrice guided me quickly and was so helpful with this transition.
