Do not bother coming to this store. They are probably closed LONG before their posted closing time. The last 3 times I've come here to pick up orders they have been closed several hours before the posted time for some ridiculous reason. One time I was told the store closed 2 hours before I got there because the manager who was still on site & had no visible issues had hives. Other employees were also still on site. Another time was because one of the employees on site didn't feel well so they closed the store. 2/3 times I had to fight for them to give me my order that was ready for pick up. Never coming to this location again. Probably not even this chain if they stand by this store's operations. I'll go to a reliable company.

Today I went to buy my first sewing machine and there were just 2 kindly Angel's working for the hole store, I hope the owners of this company give more value and take care of this wonderful Ladies and also pay more and restore the whole employees team. Owners, please don't be miserly and cruel you gain very well with the high prices of the merchandise at Joann, so pay well to all your workers!

Nicole has awesome customer service!! We couldn’t find some blue and red 21inch ribbons and she went out of her way to help my daughter and I.. She went to get the ladder to check boxes on top of the racks, checked every single box on top, went to the back to check.. after almost 10 minutes of looking .. SHE FOUND THEM!! How awesome is that! She’s awesome! Nicole made our day! The day before we went to La Verne locations nobody helped us or acknowledge us.. Nicole deserves to be acknowledged by me today! Thank you very much!

My Joann's store in Fontana has been my second home. sierra parkway and Sierra blvd. Gina is especially nice and patient and very helpful! every time I get her to help me I never leave disappointed. highly recommend this store and look for Gina!Thank you Gina!

Leslie at the cut counter is completely rude. I signed in at the kiosk for the cut counter as there were signs to do so. She helped a couple who had not signed in then ushered another woman to the counter without even looking g at the queue once. She then left and came back with the other woman's fabric. I asked if I was supposed to enter my name into the kiosk, and she replied yes. When I told her she had already helped someone before when I had already signed in, she shrugged and continued with the other customer's fabric. So I said, "so your not using the kiosk?" Her response was "Not right now". No apologies for the oversight. That is horrible customer service.

Great store. Finally found some of the V- neck t-shirts. Well actually this is really the first time I've really looked for my size because they are on the bottom shelf.The store is really clean love this because of my allergies to mildew and dust.

Clean, well organized and decently stocked. However, if you're going to get fabric cut, use the appointment kiosk. Otherwise, you could be standing in line for awhile.

Enjoy going to Joann's for my crafting supplies. Was excited to see the knitting supply section was fully stocked, got the circular knitting needles and sizes I wanted! Front desk cashier was great

It's 2023 and this store still doesn't take returns solely using the credit card used to purchase them with. I purchased a few items and fabrics roughly 7 days prior and wound up not needing them for my project. Unfortunately I didn't keep the receipt, but assumed it was common practice for stores to accept returns if you still had the credit card used to purchase the items. Every other store I've been to has been doing this for the past few years, apparently not Joanns. The manager, Robert, who clearly looked miserable, was no help, and brushed me off. Definitely will shop elsewhere with a more current return policy.

Went to Chino Joann fabrics and it's a big, nice newer store than the one in Covina. It's clean and not very busy at least when I was there and it was pretty well stocked.

Ordered 2 items online at Ontario store for in person pickup on Saturday morning, went to store Monday afternoon, they hadn't even started processing the ordered, cancelled it. Went to La Verne got everything I had originally ordered, worth the drive!
