Walked in once, smelt like smoke, the place didn't look sanitary at all for a lab. So i just walked out and called my doctor, asked if I could get blood work elsewhere.
Also went to another LabCorp that was 2hrs away from me, but cleaner but they weren't proficient at all there either. Had to come back 3 times because they didn't draw enough blood.

Made an appointment waited for a month and half for it. Got here on my appointment date 15 mins before like the email stated and it’s packed! Unorganized! You don’t know how they will call you once check in. They have two small bins in the front for appointments and walk in you place your drs order there. There is no explanation of this! I had to walk in check in tablet. Walk out because it’s such a small waiting room. Walk back in to check my status and I saw the bin. I done many lab test in the past and I honestly will stick to quest. It is much more organized and the flow is better cleaner and they have updates on where you are in line.

Small area ,only one bathroom, very busy .I don't feel comfortable there at all.

Don’t come here unless you book an appointment and good luck with that! For a regular routine lab work, you will wait over two hours! Don’t ask the ladies in the front anything because it will give you attitude and look at you like you’re dumb. The Ladies in the back are a bit more welcoming. I made the mistake of coming to the Chino location and I would never do it again. Parking is hard. Go to the Pomona location they run everything over there much smoother and it looks cleaner to me. At least they have 2 restrooms. If you have to wait, you don’t have to wait outside in the sun.

They close before open hour , 3 people taking 4 hours. This is the worst place to do blood test. So slow!

I got there a few minutes before open and there was already line with like 20 people in it. Took about 10 minutes to get checked in- be sure to drop of your order at the front desk, there are 4 tablets to check in so it moves pretty quick. Waited about an hour and 20 minutes before i called back, technician was nice and did a good job.
One thing to note is that when you check in, they say they will text you, but I never got the text. I waited in my car for like 30 minutes and waited the rest of the time in the lobby and heard my name called. So don't trust the text system, be sure you are inside after a certain time to make sure you hear you name called. This place is so busy its crazy, and appointments are booked like 3 weeks out. Overall, service was good though.

Hello, Labcorp is the best. I have been taking my children for about 10 years and I take care of the place. The people who work there are excellent professionals. I highly recommend them and apart from that, you don't need an appointment. 5 more stars, so thank you very much for your attention to the patients.

The staff is rude and unreasonable. The efficiency is extremely low. Those who have reservations have to wait until death. What a rubbish place.

When are they open? A sign on the door said to go to Fontana. There was no notification of when they would be open. People need to do their tests now, not when it's convenient for your company. Get out of the heath care business if you don't get that. I told my doctor that I won't be driving to fontana. He's going to have to find a different testing company to work with.

Each time I go here most of the staff has been very unprofessional. Specifically the front desk and waiting area staff. Each time I’ve had to ask the front desk questions they answer you like “you're stupid” and do NOT give clear directions. Did not appreciate that. Costs an arm and a leg to talk to someone on the phone and to book an appointment is impossible. I can confidently say I’ve only had one nice phlebotomist when coming and getting blood. Highly DO NOT recommend coming here…

I recently had my first appointment at this location and couldn't have been happier! Having an appointment might have helped, but the entire process was incredibly efficient. I even got seen before my scheduled time!
Check-in was a breeze on my phone, and within a minute, I received a text saying they were ready. Despite walking in to an empty waiting room, I was promptly taken back for blood draw. The whole visit took less than 10 minutes, maybe even less!
Plus, the staff were fantastic! The same friendly and professional person helped me at the front desk and drew my blood, making the experience seamless. It's clear some people enjoy complaining, but my first impression was exceptionally positive. I highly recommend this location!
