When are they open? A sign on the door said to go to Fontana. There was no notification of when they would be open. People need to do their tests now, not when it's convenient for your company. Get out of the heath care business if you don't get that. I told my doctor that I won't be driving to fontana. He's going to have to find a different testing company to work with.

This place is horrible! It seems to be short staffed with an incredibly long wait time if you don't have an appointment. Wait time has exceeded 2hrs. Unbelievable!!!!!

Long wait. I am a travel nurse and still do not have one of my routine lab test back yet from them..Labcorp. So I am unable to start my contract at a hospital due to this. I have traveled for 8years and have never had this happen but have also never used this particular Labcorp in Chino. But then again a lot of Labcorp places are bad. Unreal! I begged my travel company not to use them but they have a “contract” with them.

I didn’t make an appointment but the staff is fast, friendly, and efficient so I was in and out very quickly. I got have Yesi draw my blood. I literally didn’t feel anything no pain just smooth like butter and before I knew it she was done. When I had to come back for a follow up they let me request her to draw me again and it was she was just like the first time, pain free and professional. Everyone there is helpful and I feel Chino is lucky to have Labcorp here and especially that staff.

My mom came into the chino location and was asked to sign into the tablets, she is an elderly woman who does not speak English and does not know how to use electronic devices. She asked the people in the front office (closest to the window) for help, they did not help and told her to sign in and read it. A worker (female)that was out in the lobby helping others was just standing there my mom then decided to ask for her help she rolled her eyes and asked her once again to sign into the tablet , my mom proceeded to tell her she does not know how to use the device the worker (female) then decided to giggle and look at her other coworkers , they refused to talk Spanish and continued to speak to her in English although they were helping other Spanish patients. My dad came in to try to help but they said he was not able to help her so he asked if they can help her once again ignored her and continued to embarrass her and belittle her for not being able to communicate in English, after putting her through all the bullying , discrimination and harassment they still did not help her log in she had to ask someone else there for help (patient) . I am very disappointed with the discrimination at this location almost 90 % of the population in that area is Spanish speaking so for a big company to deny and belittle someone for not speaking language is beyond me. This has left my mom traumatized to even ask for any help. I hope the staff gets some training on how to treat a patient the correct way. WORST LOCATION AND STAFF ! HAD TO PUT A ONE STAR BUT ITS A ZERO STAR !!!!!

First time ever walking in to have bloodwork without an appointment. I typically have bloodwork done at a different lab, and due to a mix-up in paperwork at my physician's office, my lab request was sent to Lab Corp, unbeknownst to me. Once I found this out, I did not have time to make an appointment, due to my next appointment with my physician where results are needed, so I bravely walked in! Yes, the walk-in line is quite long, the waiting room is so full, it spills out to the walkway; however, the wait was just as anticipated. Check-in was very easy with the kiosk, and I was told 35-40 minutes, and I thought it would be longer, but it was 40 minutes, as I was told. The location is clean and efficiently run, considering how busy this location is. Now, the real gem: RITA! Rita is a phenomenal phlebotomist and a genuinely caring person. She was professional and reviewed all information from multiple requests I needed completed from multiple physician's offices. She ensured all was completed professionally and was also friendly while continuing to check on me throughout the process (many, many vials to go through, not fun). I was able to rest after the blood draw as I was required to fast for an extended period and she had water ready. She anticipated my needs and went above and beyond. I am very thankful and grateful to you, Rita! Thank you for making an unpleasant process a pleasant one.

This place is always insanely busy & is under staffed. They close at 2:30pm which is a joke & closed on weekends. Very filthy place. Last time I went the lady was so spazzy & trying to do 20 things at once she ripped the needle out of my arm & blood went everywhere, on my clothes, on her, on the walls and floor. It was disgusting & I didnt even see her clean it up off the wall or floor. Needless to say I got a serious bruise. The line outside is always super long & staff will not answer questions. I mean you even use a machine to check in. They don't answer the phone so why do they need 3 to 4 woman at the front desk? They literally do nothing but be very rude to there customers. Unfortunately I can't go to Quest so I'll be calling corporate on this particular location. My advise try another location or Quest if you can. If you can't just keep leaving reviews & contact corporate! Twitter, IG, FB, TikTok it so people know what's going on and hopefully this company will do better. They're understaffed & under pay there employees while the rake in millions upon millions of dollars a year. These woman are probably rude cause of that & they're stressed out. But still that is not the customers fault & shouldn't be put on them. Be careful, bring a chair for outside if you don't have an appointment & have a bad back. Don't expect any help from employees. And try not to touch anything they don't clean good at all.

This place is one of the least customer service friendly that I have ever seen. The workers seem not to know how to get people served timely. You can spend hours with no where to sit just to have a blood draw. Avoid this place.

Made an appointment and arrived to a sign that reads temporarily closed. There is no reopen date and referral to a location 35 minutes away. Such disregard for customers' time - terrible service!! Why would you allow people to schedule an appointment at a facility that is "temporarily closed?"

Very rude lady in this location she should get fired she was extremely rude I wasn't able to get her name cuz she turned around and gave me her back right away after her rudeness. She was short and on the heavy side. I wish I got her name I'm very disappointed in this labcorp location. Don't come here.
