Walked in not knowing anything about the new Technology with mattresses and I walked out a mattress pro. Kim was my customer service rep and he was amazing. Showed me options that are within my budget and heard me out on everything that I would like. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I wish I had started my mattress shopping here with Mattress Firm. I felt very welcomed and not uncomfortable like other places. 10/10 customer service by Caeser! Thank you so much for making my mattress shopping made easy and enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable on the mattresses and also showed me a pillow that I fell in love with and had to buy.
