I recently accompanied three boys, including my son, on a shopping trip for HOCO, intending for it to be an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, our encounter with the female manager was extremely disappointing due to her unprofessional demeanor. When one of the boys, who wears a size 50 in pants, inquired about available sizes, she stated that they only carry up to size 44-46, occasionally receiving larger sizes. Instead of checking for bigger sizes, she referred us to DXL in Brea. Meanwhile, my son received excellent assistance from a younger, courteous gentleman who demonstrated professionalism throughout our interaction. He successfully located a size 50 pant intended for my son. I had the bigger sized boy try in on which fit well, and we made the purchase. However, I was deeply disturbed by the perception that the other boy was discriminated against due to his size or ethnicity. The manager's facial expressions and body language were overtly discourteous. I chose not to address the issue at the store to avoid further disrupting their experience. I hope that she will take this feedback constructively and make a conscious effort to modify her approach, ensuring that she treats all customers, including minors of diverse backgrounds and sizes, with kindness and respect.

Just went here for our son for homecoming. The young man who helped us was awesome, great customer service. We spent over $300 here and right at 6pm she comes to tell us they’re closing and the “lights are on a timer.” We were done, and on our way to the register. Then right after I paid at 6:10, my son says he needs to use the restroom, the gentleman was still putting the items in the bag, and the lady goes “ya we have a restroom but we’re closed.” In the rudest tone. The young man literally apologized for her and unlocked the restroom for my son. She kept saying the lights. Everyone knows your lights do not turn off 10 minutes after. Awful way for management to treat your customers. We will not be back. I’d rather spend the extra money at Nordstrom or Express and get good customer service. Men’s Wearhouse, hire better.

If I could rate this place with 0 stars, I would, worst customer service, we had a very bad experience with Danielle, she lacks of good customer service, not willing to help, she is the kind of employee that offers the customer a take it or leave it attitude.. deffinitely escalating this to corporation, she needs to be removed asap or else the store will keep loosing customers.

Wow! My groomsmen team and I rented from Chino’s Men’s Warehouse. With updates on the groomsmen’s process, measurements, and delivery updates, Chino Men’s Warehouse made the whole process easier on us. Especially with Jason’s help, he really made the process special for us.

I've used the Men's Warehouse on several occasions mostly for shirts but also bought a coat and rented a tux. Shirts were a little pricey, the tux rental was reasonable. Service was excellent and the staff were vary friendly and personable. Rancho and Chino locations were great.

Erika helped my brothers and I in picking out suits and different pieces of clothing, all while the store was busy and while she was the only one in the store. She attended to everyone in the store in an orderly and timed fashion. I will be coming back as long as she's given a well deserved raise!!

Decent customer service in store but terrible over the phone. An associate told me that I’d be able to pick up an item the following Monday but was later told over the phone that it’d take an extra week. The associate wasn’t sorry at all and had an attitude.
