The customer service at this place has gone down. Unless you are buying or renting a suit they will not even help you out. I came in just to purchase a pair of socks and was ready to pay. I stood at the cashier area at the front of the store for 10 minutes watching the staff and waiting patiently for someone to ring me up for the socks. There was one lady who has seen me but she was helping someone out so I waited until she finishes with them and handed them their purchase at the front of the store. When she was done she just walked away to the back of the store without even asking me if I needed help or anything. She wasn't in a hurry and wasn't helping anyone else out. That's when I decided to just leave. I've purchased and rented suits at this store before for me and my kids but not anymore. I'll go a store that would like my business wether I purchase a lot or just a pair of socks.

Happy customer by the 200% percent the store manager Jason Arevalo put into our new experience getting suits for our quince boys.. The moment I walked in he introduced himself and showed us all options. Jason is a kind human being that many stores should have, he makes you feel like family!!! Thank you Jason and staff for your great customer service at chino hills men’s warehouse. I recommend everyone to get their suits from this location!

Wonderful service by Julie, Mark & Erica. Great selection and we absolutely loved the tailoring service. The store was very clean and easy to find products. If you’re struggling with odd sizes, we highly recommend this location and store because they took care of us very quickly and got us what we needed right away.

My husband was fitted for a wedding. He is a larger guy. When he went to pick up everything, the vest looked awful on him. I asked if there were any other selections that matched the specific color. I was told that because of his size (2XL), they had none. And none in the surrounding areas. Then the associate had the audacity to say he had to ask for the brides permission! Wait, I know the bride. I know she'd like him to not be fat shamed, and he does not need permission to try a proper fitting alternative as she is paying for pictures! I'll buy my handsome hunk a nicer vest somewhere else before the wedding. So yeah, not 2XL friendly, and you will not be helped with altering.

Went here since I looked online for a suit for my husband. Nothing fancy just business attire. We seen online they had two suits for $150. So decoded to physically go to a location. As soon as we got in. The guy told us all suits start at $400. Which is opposite of what we seen online. Apparently those prices are online only. Which I wish it would have said that and saved us the trip. Bought a nice suit at Macy's for only $170.

Went in on a Sunday morning, and had a great experience! Chrissy (Hope I'm spelling her name right) was awesome, helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was great at picking out clothes that would fit me. I was in and out quickly, and got exactly what I needed.

Horrendous experience. Do NOT go here if you are in need of a rental or wanting to purchase. Customer service was awful. We went in for a groomsmen rental. The items they were giving my fiancé to try on were disgusting so dirty did not match what the groom picked out. AVOID!!! Make the drive go to brea and go see Sarah! 0 stars.

After patronizing the Men's Warhorse for decades and ordering many custom suits, I had the worst customer service experience on May 11 around 12:45 p.m. The purpose of my visit was to purchase some casual clothing, a suit, and have some new pants hemmed. I believed I had a great relationship with the Men's Wearhouse because of my years-long dedication to them. I entered the business and noticed two employees (both female; one younger than the other) helping two customers. I stood around for several minutes, and finally an employee directed me to scan a QR code to get in line. I was really in no hurry; very patient. While waiting, I made several selections and then continued to wait. The same customers were wrapping up their purchases. I waited several more minutes. I had been waiting about 25 minutes to this point. Moments later, two additional customers entered and were immediately helped by a young female employee. After patiently waiting for the new customers who arrived twenty-five minutes after me to be helped, I inquired with the younger female employee. She immediately lied and said she "goes by the iPad." I literally observed this employee's interaction with the newly arriving customers and neither of them were on the list. They just walked up to rear counter and never scanned the QR code. So I am standing there with my selections and said I'd like to take care of the hem issue before getting measured for my selections. The employee directed me to the changing room. I put on the pants that were brand new in the package. When I exited the changing room, the employee asked if I bought the pants at the store. I said no. She said they had to be purchased from the store for them to be hemmed, and they had to be dry cleaned. She literally saw me holding the pants that were in a clear wrapping. Obviously the pants weren't from the store. If the policy is they won't hem outside clothing, I am cool with that, but why send me to a changing room without asking about the origins of the pants? Very embarrassing for me. It got worse once I spoke to the person in charge. I explained my long-standing history with the store. She responded by "we treat everyone the same" regardless of how much they buy. I told her that was not true because I was treated horribly and lied to. In addition, the only reason I shared my history with the store was to explain my dedication to the brand. This employee then went on to tell me they were having a hard time finding good employees and offered to hem my pants and get my other selections situated. I politely declined several times. Regarding the younger employee lying about the "iPad" check in issue, the manager indicated those two customers were just picking items up; thus, it was true I was lied to. Those customers never checked in and were never on the list. This was a horrible experience, and Men's Warehouse lost a customer for life.

Customer service was not good from the beginning not sure if its because they are understaffed or the reason but it needs to be worked on. My order was changed without my consent many times had to fix things over and over. Was charged way more than I was told it would be for my 2 young boys. Was told different info every time I went in had to go in 3 times until they finally measured my kids. When we picked up our suits 2 days before our wedding they ordered us the wrong color suit for the groom. After calling and complaining of all the issues we had gone through with them I was reimbursed for some of the costs but was not worth all the stress and frustration they caused through this experience.
