Came for an oil change and my oil light kept turning on everyday after that. I try to come back for them to fix it and they tell me the guy isn't in and then I see the guy that's in charge of working on the diagnostic there. Don't come here they'll fuck your shit up

I ended up getting a tow over there because it was close to work, and they ended up having a drop off box. At first I was slightly iffy about leaving my car but then I woke up to a phone call about them seeing my car and ready to examine it. They got on it almost instantly and had my car for about a total of 4 hours. Once I gave the go ahead for them to put the tires on it took what maybe less than an hour and all 4 were redone. Charles was the associate who helped me get some tires. He used his knowledge of what my car required and was able to help me find the best tires for what I do with my car. Thank you guys for being on it. There's tons of bad reviews for this place however my experience that day was pretty cool.

Special thanks goes to Pepboys of Chino Hills, CA. Mark is very knowledgeable and honest to customer in telling them what they need and don't need. He even pointed out the misinformation given out the other day to my friend at the Montclair location trying to upsell him a $30 extra service not needed by or even harmful to his Tesla X. Honesty is gold, bravo! Mark.

Came in on Christmas Eve because I needed a tire and installation. I would've gone elsewhere but my normal place to go was closed. While waiting for my car. I decided to look online and found out that I can purchase the tire and pay online. I decided to pay online because Diana, the lady at the front desk advised they don't take Apple Pay and I didn't have the card on hand that I wanted to use. When checking out and picking my up my keys, I told Diana that I already paid online. She had the deer in the headlights look. She swore that her computer system doesn't have access to their website, Pepboys.com. I told her it allowed me to select the location, make an appointment and pay for the tire and installation online. I even had the confirmation number and proof it was paid for. Diana was rude and unprofessional continuing to say that I'd have to call customer service. I asked her for the number and she said she didn't have it. Umm.. don't you work for the company? You don't have a contact sheet in case you need to call yourself? She snarked at me saying, 'What do you want me to do about it? Google the number for you?' I mean isn't that part of the customer service job? How am I supposed to know? I ended up double paying for the service because she wouldn't release my key even after providing the confirmation number and proof that it was deducted from my account. I had to discount the charge with my bank because of the double charge. AND what pissed me off the most, was when paying for the 2nd time, the card machine did allow me to use Apple Pay. I wouldn't have had to go through all this if she gave the me the correct information the first time around. When paying in store, the amount was higher than what I paid online. I didn't use a coupon online or nothing. Had to ask to price match it. Diana was not only rude and unprofessional, but knowledgeable. Please have corporate retrain you. It didn't seem like she had any training at all. It felt like the person scheduled to work called in and called a friend last minute who doesn't even work there, to cover for them. This review is solely based on the customer service. The actual service was quick and my new tire was put on with no problem - 5 stars to the tech. I would've given 0 stars however to Diana if I could.

Took my 2004 Chevy Truck this morning needed a brake job!!! Mark the Service Manager was very helpful and friendly like always!! Ricardo, conducted an inspection very quickly and determined my back brakes, rotors and pads needed to be replaced!! Got my truck back within hours and what a big difference!! Thanks again to the Pep Boys team at 4046 Grand Ave!!!!
