I wanted to write and give much thanks for the on duty manager Fernando as I tried to order a tool online with my gift card and when I scratched the part that hides the numbers the last few numbers of the card number as well as the last two numbers of the pin were not there. The store is not able to resolve this issue due to policy but Fernando provided me with all the needed information that I need to call into the gift card department tomorrow morning. Fernando has excellent customer service skills and I really felt like he likes what he is doing. If you ever have any issues that you need to address I would ask for Fernando if he is the manager on duty.

BE VERY CAREFUL if you pay your Home Depot credit card bill online! Twice in 8 months, I paid my bill on time using the online payment system. Twice my payment did not process on time and I was assessed interest and late fees. It was difficult getting the interest and late fees waived. FYI, beginning March, 2024, interest rates on the HD credit card are 29.99%!!!!! Definitely not a good value. I closed my accounts and will instead use a card where I get cash back and a far lower interest rate.

They are the worst store of Home Depot their customers are rude. I had ordered Apliances from them and they gave me time bracket between eight and 12 on Wednesday, February 21 and they didn't show up and they told me they showed up they lied I have my cameras outside to prove it and I called the manager, he didn't do anything about it, I had to cancel my order and buy my stuff from Lowe's better service at Lowe's

What can I say? It's either here or Lowe's. Coming here many times whenever there is a water leak somewhere in the house. Good thing is they have what you need to fix your house problems. There are tons of selections to choose from. Could be overwhelming at times. Luckily you can find a helpful home Depot person to help you. Prices are ok here. Always look for sale items whenever possible.

As a loyal customer and 20 year+ veteran, I am deeply disgusted and troubled by a the sales associates and overall customer experience with this store and Home Depot as a company. I purchased a refrigerator from the sales associate who assured me of its quality, minus the superficial blemishes of being a floor model and I paid $1317, nearly the full price of a new, in-box refrigerator, believing in the integrity of your products and sales practices. However, after experiencing multiple malfunctions with the appliance within 2 years, we were shocked to discover that the refrigerator was in fact 7 years old at the time of sale (manufacture date 11/2014). This means almost all of the manufacturer's warranties were exhausted at time of sale. This revelation is not only upsetting but also raises serious concerns about the ethical standards practiced at this store. As someone who has served in the military for over 2 decades, integrity and honesty are values I hold in the highest regard. The realization that I was sold an old and evidently defective product under the guise of new, and at almost its full original new price, is unacceptable. Unable to get any assistance to rectify the problem in-store, my attempt to escalate to the corporate level was dismissively addressed as " we will be sure to document your feedback." This store's and Home Depot's reprehensible standard business practices should be avoided at all costs.

I normally go to Lowe's. I needed plywood to fix a bed, last minute trip. I am happy I went here! Customer service was great. Ron in lumber was amazing! If you need any type of wood, head here and have Ron help you! He is very educated and I'm very happy with the purchase because now my guest bed is fixed! Ron went above and beyond for me! Very happy with the experience I had here! Will definitely come back in the future!

Whatever you do, dont buy and have delivered. 12 1/2 hour windows to deliver which is ridiculous. No options to get shorter window periods I will definitely never order anything again for delivery!!! But I will shop there if it's in the store.

Received excellent service from Cole today. He helped me with so much eagerness and enthusiasm. He went above and beyond. The other members did an amazing job in directing me to someone who was knowledgeable about lumber. But thanks again to Cole for making the experience easy and helpful. Definitely love to see that kind of service

After Thanksgiving we ran into a plumbing problem. So glad to know that Home Depot allows you to save $$ and rent equipment! ALAN was the gentleman who helped us. He not only made the experience easy , but surprisingly enjoyable. He had amazing customer service an a kind attitude. That's hard to come by now a days!

First time in this store to remodel entire bathroom for slab leak. Pierre, the sales person, was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Took the time to help choose the vanity and sink online when products were not available in store. Ended up ordering tiles for floor and shower too which was a long process but Pierre was very patient. We returned to this store to order a walk-in shower but was told to come back the following night when Pierre was on staff. I don't know how the store sells products without Pierre there to manage. So I came back and he gladly helped me again. Overall, highly recommend this store. Have been to other Home Depot's and Lowe's but never had such a positive experience (likely because Pierre was there on staff )

I think I'm done with these store especially on online pickups and returned, some of their staff are not really knowledgeable of what they're doing, in addition beware when they gave you store credit don't lose your receipt, I was given a zero balance. The only reason why I'm still going to this store is because of my home improvement projects and the store is really close to my house, so probably will check other nearby stores like Pomona or Ontario.

Excellence in customer service from Lisa in the nursery. I called to find out if they had any grape plants for my daughter and Lisa checked the plants for me and even called me back to make sure that I was informed of their entire current grape plant inventory. Thank you, Lisa!

I am so disappointed in my experience at this South Chino location of Home Depot. They totally ruined Father's Day. I really wanted to surprise my dad on Father's Day with the best gift ever by getting him the stainless steel propane gas burner grill by NexGrill. Because the measurements of the grill showed it would not fit in my car, I Ordered NOT ASSEMBLED on June 14 with curbside pick up so the employees could place it in my car since I was alone. I Got there at 9:30am on Father's Day (June 19). I was so excited to give the grill to my dad at our Father's Day celebration later that day and checked in on the mobile app. A Car pulled in front of me and received his order in about 5 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, I rolled down my window and told the employee I had been waiting forever to receive my item. He asked if I was there for the grill. I said yes. He said, "oh one of the ladies said it was already brought out. I'll go get it for you." He and another worker came to the car with an assembled grill. As I stated when I purchased the grill, this is not what I asked for because it was assembled. I told them this and they said this was the last grill in the store smh. To make matters worse, It looked like the floor model. It Was dirty, dusty, had the advertising price tag flyer on it and everything. So the employees realized the grill was too big for my car as I already knew it would be. I had to remove my 2 car seats and strategically place them in the front seat while the employees had to try and take parts off of the grill to make it fit. This was a whole mess because now I had to leave and pick up my sister's kids which caused me to be late and I had to reinstall the car seats. Home Depot I don't understand why you couldn't have found me a brand new grill in the time ordered til' when I picked up because you had 4 days. There's a lack of communication with your team which had me waiting for 30 minutes only to bring me a used grill which I paid full price for. How does that make sense. I highly suggest no one go to this Home Depot especially if you're trying to get an important present for your loved ones.

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review for the Managers (James, Maria and Fernando). They all work together as a team that represented the highest level of a good customer service I have ever experienced. They resolved my return issue overnight and also offered me few options on how they can help me further. I appreciated the excellent customer service in responding so quick and taking time out of their busy schedule to give me a call. I will definitively shop at Home Depot-Chino again.
