My classic was purchased with so much joy! I was excited to drive it! But with a few weeks, some very obvious issues with the paint and body work started showing up. It's my daily, so I wasn't too upset but once I came to Quality Collision - I was happy to see that my daily could be PERFECT! I'm so happy to have found this family run business! Great people, great service, PERFECT process thru all this. Promises kept and can't wait to show off my ride as I head to shows and ride to dinner dates w the wife and friends. This was the first time I’ve ever had to have my car repaired due to an accident. I was clueless but got some recommendations from a FB group and my first call to the shop was very pleasant so I contacted the insurance company and said I wanted to use this company Jonathan called me once he got the approval and he and his dad made everything so seamless and they were very professional and transparent and extremely helpful about the process once my car was fixed Jonathan sent pictures and my car was done earlier than the original time when I picked up my car I was shocked as to how clean my car was not only was the work done exceptionally well they even detailed my car inside it was a LOT cleaner than when I dropped off my car they go over and above I highly recommend them they made a stressful situation very easy thank you

Insanely good work. Had a big dent in my trunk, went to 4-5 shops and they gave me the lowest rate (quoted me 850, other shops quoted me up to 2k). Saw the reviews were good, went with them. Got the car, back, washed with tire shine and the interior smelling great. Can’t even tell the dent was there. Paint was matched near perfect.
Highly Highly recommend, they’re reviewed so highly for a reason!

This company provided me with a quick response as well as detailed estimates. I was paying out of pocket (instead of through insurance) and they provided some options to save me some money. The work was done timely and quality was great.

Bad communication, had to keep asking for updates on my vehicle and then would not meet the deadlines they set for themselves several times. This caused me to have to pay out of pocket for a rental care because they went so over. Also lost some of the items I had in my trunk when they were repairing it. I visited my car when they were working on it to get something and everything was in my back seat but when I go to pick it up they with held some items and I had to call again for them, even then everything wasn't there.

First off, let me tell you. Johnny and his crew far exceeded my expectations. I had multiple estimates given to me regarding my right rear passenger door. A truck backed into me and the tow hitch left a nasty dent in my door panel. Quality collision not only gave me one of the best prices for the work but got it done amazingly in one day!!! I couldn't believe it. I came and looked at my car. It was like it never happened. Completely restored ! I am 100% satisfied and I will be going to quality collision from here on out and I recommend them to anybody that needs auto body work!!!! Thank you quality collision. You guys are amazing!!
