I went there today for a blood draw and Yaritsza was very professional, friendly, and was able to answer all of my questions. It was a pleasant environment, and the office was very clean. Highly recommend

It's ridiculous now. The want you to have an appointment in order to get in. The system worked better when you just walked in and were taken in order of arrival. If you have emergency labs. Forget it. You won't be able to get an appointment or a month and if it's fasting even worse waiting. Go back to order of arrival. You're making this difficult for people with busy schedules and labs that are needed promptly. You also have to make an appointment to drop off a sample. Ridiculous!

Do not come here unless you have an appointment. “Estimated” walk in times are 30-60 minutes but realistically you will be there all day. At one point someone was put to the top of the walk-in list, bumping everyone else down a spot. No one is there to help or answer questions. Truly have not had a worse experience. The most professional medical thing they can do is close down and spare everyone’s time. Please go anywhere else.

Omg!! Where to start! This place is conveniently located but the staff member I worked with, me phlebotomist, was completely clueless. I told him in advance, I have small veins and I need a pediatric needle. He ignored this and got another needle. He then stabbed me in the right arm, then said oh your veins rolled sorry. He then stabbed me in the other arm. He finally was able to draw blood. He was so jumpy. I almost thought, maybe it's his first day. Not happy with my experience at all.

Made an appointment for 2:10 pm, checked in early. Still waiting currently and it's almost 2:30. This place is awful the waiting room isn't even full. Don't schedule appointments if you can't call the patient in on time

Visit at your own risk you've been warned. Should've read more reviews and took the advice from previous bad reviews. Got people in there coughing no masks. The wait for walk ins is beyond me not worth your time youll be there all day and wont even take you since appts are every 10 min. Find another spot if you can unless you can't good luck.

Hala was so patient and understanding. She was the best person I could have ever talked to for getting what I needed to be done. Thank you for all your help.

5 stars for phlebotomist Desiree who drew my 2 year old's blood today. She was very kind and calm and skilled, which helped the whole lab draw go very well. My kid only shed a few tears with the initial poke of course, but there was blood drawn with just one stick, and he walked away smiling. Thanks for making a potentially difficult situation great!

My 97 year old father was sent to get a STAT series of bloodwork. 2 and a half hours later we continue to wait. No one to answer questions. Service is horrific. Wait, what service? Looking into back lab area and what I observed www providers on cell phone. Really????? I am sickened at the lack of service, personnel to provide support in answering questions and the lack of time efficiency. Where are the lab personnel? Is everyone at lunch at once. I am just APPALLED.... STAT MEANS IMMEDIATELY. Care is mediocre. Once in patient sat while phlebotomist input insurance data, 30 minutes later.... Finally blood is drawn. A second person came in to figure out which color vials were needed. This has been a nightmare for my poor father. For the record, he did not have appointment because it was a STAT order.
