We have been with Ramona Mini Storage well over a year now. The Staff are always Polite, Professional, & Courteous. They Answer all our Questions with a Smile. The Gated Property is Completely Fenced In with pretty good Lighting Outside & Inside the Unit itself. The Property is also Maintained & kept Clean so our Storage Unit continues to remain Free of Ants & Rodents and that is definitely a plus! The Rent is Reasonable & our Monthly Payment is Automatically Withdrawn every month.
Ramona Mini Storage is really the Best around. Thanks guys!

I had a gazillion questions and he helped me set up my account. I am computer ignorant, and he helped me so much to get everything squared away and he made the transition very simple for me. I am a senior. I’m not computer savvy. He took care of all of my worries that was one thank you very Much for your expertise my special thank you to Juan for all your patience and help

Helping my brother clean out his storage unit, had to hold the door up as it was completely off the roller, he's been trying to get it fixed for quite sometime, he moved out because they doubled the space rent.

Great location, great staff. Anthony has been very helpful and thorough. There are sensors inside that you get txts when there is movements. So pretty good place for storaging.

I stoped in to check on a space. Your associates were very helpful and showed me around the complex. Answered all my questions. Then they were very helpful getting my information in the system. Quick and easy. The facility looks very clean also.

Unfortunately after the ownership change, the gate is always left open during the day, the staff is not friendly, the hours are changed drastically making it more of an inconvenience. It is the cheapest storage place locally but it seems like there’s more negatives than positives.
