Very slow service. There were about 10 people waiting, yet only 2 employees were helping customers. One employee was sitting and not assisting anyone, while two others went to the back for a long time. The only person actively calling customers was one employee. Poor organization and long wait times despite enough staff being present.

Spectrum store in Chino is now offering bundling your mobile services with the Internet. I had spectrum for my Internet for years, but I took the chance to come over from AT&T to Spectrum mobile and they offered me outstanding program. Elijahwas very helpful, knowledgeable courteous he assisted me in reporting over my phone number adding my tablet and my watch and integrating it with my Internet service. They gave me an outstanding price you can’t go wrong. The store is clean often very busy, but you can sign up and they will be with you shortly. Elijah also was an outstanding employee. Thank you for his help

Worst store to do business. Staff is unfriendly, they lack the personnel and the customer service. Wait times, even for a simple drop-off of equipment is 1 - 1.5 hrs. Don't come here.

I wanted to sign up for their services. But they came to my house to inspect and install the service. In the end, they weren’t able to install it. They said it couldn’t be done. And about 15 days or a month later, I received a bill for something I never used. I mean, they didn’t install the service, so I don’t understand why they would send me a bill for a service that was never installed. But anyway, I had to pay it. That’s what I didn’t understand.

Don’t stop here if you’re in a hurry. Employees love taking their time despite having more people waiting. They will chit chat with the people they assist and don’t care about making you wait.

The store offers appointments, it is recommended to make one.
If we don't have an appointment, we need to check in and join the queue.
I didn't make any appointments, but the wait time was acceptable.
The employees were very friendly, the store was clean, there were plenty of seats and coaches.
The queue sign was clearly displayed, it can also be displayed on our own devices.
